The apartment is located 70 m from the main promenade Riva by the sea and with a light walk along the coast in 10 minutes you can easily reach the famous sandy beach Bačvice. Mediterranean park Marjan and pebble beaches in 15 minutes walk.

Great Location!

Great location and very clean. Small but has very high ceilings so it felt roomy. It was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend. It was a little difficult to find the first time and we had a car which made it more difficult.

This location could not be any better! Your first step onto the cobblestoned street is right outside the castle! Our host, Sylvie, was SO responsive and helpful! She is quite delightful!! PS. There are bakeries galore within walking distance for your morning brekkie and TONS of gelato shops for your lunch! Just down the street is an open air market where you can find anything you need on the cheap. Overall, loved our stay at this lovely apartment!

Good place. Great host!

Nice apt. Full kitchen! Very close to Diocletian’s palace and the riva. To find it, go to the north side of the palace by the big brass statue. If you are facing the palace, walk to your left - Past the end of the park and the palace and keep going until you come to a dead end. The apt is at the dead end of the street on the right hand side. Go inside the doors and you will see the apartment door with fish painted on the wall around the door. Do not try to park in the dead end area. Your car will be towed. The hostess, Sylvia is fantastic with communication ! ( ps. Sylvia, it would be nice if the apartment was decorated in lighter, brighter colors- but we liked it anyway)

What makes this property unique

locationStaying right next to Diocletian’s Palace means being part of history! Right now, the City is actively excavating a section of the street slightly down from our building to uncover ancient Roman artifacts. Since our apartment faces south, you won't have a direct view of the works, which provides a nice buffer. However, you will pass by the site, and some noise might be heard during working hours.
