Spacious remolded home, perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that's conveniently minutes away from local shopping, dining, wineries and attractions.

Come on out and Step into this spacious, 3000 square foot, newly remodeled home! It has all the essential amenities to make you comfortable while away! The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home features high vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. Enjoy the large family style kitchen and dinning area. Take in the peace and quiet of the neighborhood on the front porch or unwind in the large patio that is equipped with a grill and lots of outdoor seating.

Ready to explore? There is something nearby to capture a variety of interests. Hiking, amazing views, culture and the serenity of mountain life are all a short distance away! Take a day trip to Mount San Jacinto State Park or Lake Peris (both located approximately 30 mins away). Take a tour of Idlewild. It's a short car ride east. Take your pick of two golf courses, parks, walking trails, or try your luck at the Casino. Can’t choose? Do it all! It’s all within minutes of the property.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Throw all trash in the trash bin outside. FRIDAY is trash day at 9am. If staying through a Friday please take trash bins to the curve.

The house should look reasonably neat with all the trash placed inside trash cans, dishes placed in kitchen, games put away. All furniture should be in its original place at check-in.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only toilet tissue should be flushed in toilets. Please discard of all flushable wipes, paper towels and sanitary products in the trash can.

Use trivets, coasters, and place mats on wood tables. Do not place hot or wet items directly on any wood surface as it will ruin the surface.

PLEASE use water sparingly. We are in a drought and having our water rationed. Please do your part to keep usage down.

Home is a beautiful spacious home. Seven adults stayed here comfortably without getting in each others way. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Two different areas to sit & eat your meal. Two bathrooms with towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. We did not use the pool, there was an extra charge to heat the pool & hot tub & we didn’t want to spend the money. Neighborhood was in a good area & seemed safe. Host was very prompt in answering all my questions! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at the home and it was dirty. The floor was sticky, crumbs over the countertops, stove and microwave was dirty, old food in the fridge. The milk was curdled. Windows and walls were dirty. The trash was overflown outside. People i talked to werent the owner but offered to refund part of a night and would send cleaners the next day. I ended up buying cleaning supplies as none was available at the house and cleaned the bathroom, part of the kitchen and washed the bedding before we went to bed. Cleaners came the next afternoon. The heating screen would always display error and reset so it was pretty cool in the house during the stay despite the lady saying she would ask the owner to turn the temp up. I didnt even want to try the pool or hottub even though they kept saying its maintained and cleaned regularly because they said the house would be “cleaned and sanitized” before we arrived but that wasnt true. They did refund my heating fee for the hottub but i had to bug about it after they said they would refund but tried to back out. Beautiful house, just not properly maintained and the people who i would reach out to werent near to actually come to the house and see what is going on. Wasnt exactly a relaxing stay, hopefully they can do better for others.
