OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Home size: 2748 square feet - Secure community with controlled access. - Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. - Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. Awesome trip!
Very nice house! We had 3 families with 14 people and the house fulfilled all of our needs from teens to adults. Lots of privacy and still a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at Palms and Pines again if we return to SGI!

Beautiful home, everything we needed!!
We visited with our family of 8 adults and 2 children, and this house had everything we needed!! Very spacious, clean, kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy! The only drawback is that you can't rent a golf cart in the Plantation and the beach was a little walk which could be difficult when needing to take supplies to the beach for the day, but we used the VakGear credit to rent 2 bikes with carts which help tremendously in getting all our gear to the beach.

Family memories!
Our daughter wanted to have a family vacation. So decided to come to St. George. My husband and I have been several times during off season but never in high season. We enjoyed it so much. We had children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Every one seemed to enjoy it so much! House is very clean well stocked. Had everything we needed. With plenty of room. Would definitely come again!!

Cleaning service is excellent.
Supplies: could use one more hair dryer—House only has one. Kitchen could have a few more towels & cleaning supplies.

Disappointing
House was great with new furnishings and I’m great proximity to beach. House was not clean. Pool was very dirty and weeds were overgrown. Price changed from when I inquired to when I paid. Not worth the high price I was charged .
