Welcome to Boozie's Bungalow at 131 South Island Square on St. Simons Island.

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this newly updated and well-appointed, beautifully decorated, private end unit in the gated complex of Island Square. Location, you want? Island Square is located just minutes away from St Simon's original round-a-bout next to internationally know BBQ joint Southern Soul. Winn Dixie, CVS, Demere Grill, Starbucks, shopping - all in walking distance! The pier village and beaches are only minutes away by bike or car. Redfern Village is just 5 minutes away by bike!

Boozie's Bungalow is a two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse with a nice patio for hanging out outside. There is a second entrance through the laundry room for easy shedding of sandy, wet beach attire and towels.

The living room is spacious and welcoming. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath (tub/shower combination). The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. This condo has 1 TV, washer and dryer and a fenced (and covered) patio area.

One Small dog allowed up to 35lbs (per COA rules) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pup. (Limit 1)

The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access, community grill and a fitness center.

Boozie's is equipped with 3 beach chairs, sand bucket with shovels and sand molds and a boogie board. Make sure you check out the "Sea Turtle with Barnacle" original artwork!

NOTE: Coffee maker is a Brew-Small with permanent filter - no filters needed
NOTE: * There is a blow up mattress located in the den cabinet (5th person's spot).

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons).

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Unit was very clean and provided exactly what we needed for a weekend surprising my daughter for her 28th birthday. The only bad thing I will say is the bathrooms has plastic shower curtains that should have been replaced many visits ago. I suggest replacing with each stay

This was a very clean relatively comfortable TH for our needs. The Master bed was comfortable which is important. If you plan on cooking, however, the kitchen is very minimally stocked, and I mean minimal! It wasn’t set up for you to prepare your own meals, so if you love dining out then this is for you!

The kitchen had some problems with the microwave, dryer had no heat, refrigerator thermostat either froze veggies or if turned down, ice melted.The second bedroom beds are too low for adults to use.

Beautiful Place

The rental is very pretty and located in the middle of everything. If you stay rent a bike and enjoy the island at your leisure. Take the trolly tour with Captain Ron within first two days, he will guide you to best eatery, sites and history of the island. Go early (10:15 am) because the tour fills up fast each day. End your day at Moo Cows and get some amazing ice cream. St. Simon's is beautiful so Enjoy!

We stayed for 7 nights first week of June 2022, place overall was nice, good location on the island but the floors were not cleaned nor was the master bed sheets...so had to do some clean up work first after we arrived....

Great place & pet friendly

From check in to check out it was a very easy process. The place was nicely decorated had all the amenities we needed. It was pet friendly said that was a plus. Not in walking distance to the beach but very convenient to everything.
