Cozy House with a fenced yard

This cute 2 bedroom house with big fenced back yard and beautiful back porch is set among ancient live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The place could sleep 8, but I recommend no more than 4 adults. Two bedrooms (a queen size bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the other bedroom) and pull out sofa bed in the living room. Bed sheets are all organic cotton. There is one bathroom recently remodeled with nice tile shower. **I do allow more than one dog at $20 a night per dog. I will need to charge it after you book.Other amenities available with the house include:
-Fully stocked kitchen with appliances/utensils (no dishwasher) This includes a Mr.coffee drip style machine, French press, Stovetop espresso, Keurig single cup machine, & Glass poor-over.
-Fast WiFi
-Four bikes for renters to use
-Three to four off street parking spots
-A charcoal Weber kettle grill (utensils provided, charcoal is not)
-Picnic table in backyard for outdoor dining
-Linens provided (sheets, house towels, washcloths, dish towels, dog towels)
-Iron and ironing board
-Beach items provided (beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, assortment of beach toys/games)
-Kitchen appliances provided (single cup Keurig, Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, blender, small air fryer, electric kettle, toaster oven, ice trays)
- 3 HD Flat Screen TVs (Roku and YouTube TV service) - Nice sound system

-Full size washer and dryer

- Pack-n-Play
-Two dog crates (1 XL and 1 med/small)

Check-in Info:
--You will get an email from VRBO with my directions and entry instructions 3 days prior to checkin. The house has a keyless entry lock on front door. If you would like the address sooner then this I will be happy to give it to you, just send me a message asking for it.

Location/Beach Access

-The beach is 2.5 miles from the property. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of free parking available at the Old Coast Guard Station. If you're biking or walking, there's a beautiful, shaded route to get to the beach on backroads so you can avoid the main road of Frederica.

--LOCATION--
The location of the house is hard to beat. It's a 9 minute drive/15 minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minutes from both grocery stores on the island, and less than 5 minutes away from some of the best barbeque (Southern Soul), donuts (Dulce Dough), sushi (Fancy Q), and coffee (Wake Up) on St. Simons. Not only is the house in the perfect central location, the street the house is located on is calm and secluded with no through traffic. 

Additional notes:
*we only do one night rentals when it is two weeks or less from the check in date or if it falls on the day before or after another booking.
* I do allow same day bookings even though VRBO doesn't show it as available for same day. Just message us and we will let you know if it is available for same day checkin.
