Downtown Rehoboth! Just steps to the boardwalk and sand!
This ocean view studio is located on the 6th floor on the South Side of the building of One Virginia Ave. Enjoy views of the Ocean from your balcony. Unit offers a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, a twin daybed and a regular coffee maker. There is a dividing wall between the main bed and the living space. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
