Downtown Rehoboth! Just steps to the boardwalk and sand!

This ocean view studio is located on the 6th floor on the South Side of the building of One Virginia Ave. Enjoy views of the Ocean from your balcony. Unit offers a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, a twin daybed and a regular coffee maker. There is a dividing wall between the main bed and the living space. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Disappointed

Coffee pot & cup-pot and maker was filthy. Mattresses-very hard and uncomfortable. Couch was dirty, outdated and difficult to pull out. The mattress was way too thin exposing the metal structure causing bruises and abrasions. Blinds-loud and annoying interrupting sleep. Music -the box under the tv came on blasting music at 2:45 am Thursday. Refrigerator-beeped sporadically day and night. No light dimmers- several dimmer switches were not working or disconnected. 1 Bedroom Unit-We were deceived by that description. This is merely a studio unit. No where did I read that it was furnished with a MURPHY bed. Room divider was a useless hindrance as it blocked access to anywhere since it cut off the foot of the bed. Price comparison-Friends in other units were charged nearly the same, but enjoyed comfortable beds, updated kitchens with stools and more space. Function ability-This was NOT a one bedroom unit causing us to have very little privacy. Beach access-Very difficult because of stairs to and from the beach. Why no ramps? Carts-NONE available at 6:35 am. Management-Very scarce and unavailable. Overall an honest, detailed and complete description of this unit could have saved us from disappointment, awkwardness and difficulty on our first ever trip to Rehoboth Beach. Although we were pleased to learn of the cage and its contents upon arrival, we could have traveled more comfortably packing less.
