This is a tiny cabin, but has all the essentials that you need for your stay. Great location on the outskirts of town (8 mins from Merlin & 15 mins from Grants Pass). The closest access to the river is only 10 mins away at Matson Park! After a day of exploring, enjoy your hot tub with a wooded view or stargaze by the shared fire pit. Perfect Couples little getaway!

Welcome to Tiny House Living at Triple Nickel Pines! The Tiny Cabin sits on 5 peaceful wooded acres just outside Grants Pass and Merlin, Oregon. Designed as a cozy escape for couples or solo adventurers, this space blends privacy, comfort, and a unique farm-stay experience beside our non-profit alpaca rescue.(For safety and comfort, we are unable to accommodate children.)

We work hard to give each cabin its own oasis, but please note cabins are in close proximity.

We welcome well behaved pets! For the safety of our alpacas, chickens, and other free-range animals, all dogs and service animals must be leashed outdoors. Guests are responsible for pets at all times.

The Sugar Pine Tiny House and Tiny Cottage are nearby (Sugar Pine & Tiny House are attached like a duplex with sound-proof walls and separate entrances). All cabins share the fire pit/common area but are designed for privacy. Book one or multiple cabins for family or friend retreats. The owners’ house is also nearby if you need anything.

Parking area and circle driveway is also shared ( Tiny house(s) and private residence) but there are signs specific for your parking.

Guest Interactions: We respect your privacy. The cottage is on our property, home to our non-profit alpaca rescue. You may see us tending to the animals or working around the grounds. Many questions can be answered by going to your cabin guide. Guests can also book a private alpaca meet-and-feed experience during their stay (donation required & appointment necessary).

**House Rules & Things to Know

Respect Our Home: This is our home, not a hotel. Please respect the cabins, other guests, and clearly marked private areas.

Children: For safety and comfort, we do not accommodate children.

Pets: Pet-friendly, but all dogs & service animals MUST be leashed outdoors to protect our free-range alpacas and chickens. Guests are responsible for pets at all times.

Shared Spaces:

Some amenities (wood fire pit, BBQ, stock tank pool, outdoor movie projector) are shared with nearby tiny homes.

Please be mindful of others.

Water & Laundry: We’re on a small-producing well; guest laundry is not available. Please conserve water.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM for a peaceful forest retreat.

Alpaca Rescue: Guests are welcome to see and hand-feed the alpacas over the fence during their stay—just follow the posted guidelines to keep the animals safe. For those who want a closer experience, supervised meet-and-greet sessions can be scheduled. These special encounters help support our non-profit, and we kindly ask for a donation to the rescue in exchange.

*No Parties or Unregistered Guests

For the comfort of all guests and the safety of our animals, parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are not allowed.
All guests must be registered on the reservation—no unregistered visitors are permitted on the property.
This is our home, not a hotel, and we ask that you respect the peaceful environment, other renters, and our neighbors. If you’d like to host a small celebration or photoshoot, it must be approved in advance. Unauthorized events or unregistered guests may result in cancellation without refund.

Please note: services are not operated by Triple Nickel Pines, but by local providers we support to bring you unique, one-of-a-kind moments during your visit.

Security Cameras: For safety, there are 5 exterior-only cameras monitoring entry/parking/common exteriors. No cameras inside or in hot tub/outdoor bathtub areas.
