About this property

Beautiful renovated home, 5 minute walk to the beach and club house. Private beach gated community. Home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon, and beach chairs. Master Bedroom opens up to a private Hot Tub. Back of home faces the ocean looking East for a beautiful Sun Rise. Large Florida room, you can enjoy your morning coffee as the Sun Comes up. Perfect location to have many adventures. Historical St Augustine is approximately 15 miles N and Daytona Beach is approximately 15 miles S on A1A. Orlando Them parks are approximately 1 1/2 hrs away.
We are around 1 mile to the inter coastal waters, hire a guide to go fishing. Golf Courses short distance from the property. Marinland 10 minutes N on A1A to swim with the Dolphins.
Publix Grocery Store approximately 1 1/2 miles away. Local Family owned restaurants have you covered for eating out. Captains BBQ, Rodie’s cafe for Breakfast and Lunch, and JT Seafood shack. Only 8 miles into the town of Palm Coast for all the stores and restaurants you could want.

Just Paradise

Adorable beach house just a short walk to the pool and ocean. We were lucky enough to book for the month of august and our stay was perfect. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced front yard and walks around the neighborhood. The whole community is quaint and quiet. The home is decorated nicely and fully stocked with everything and anything you could need. We have enjoyed our stay even with a hurricane threat and my husband having emergency surgery. The owners Sandy and Tim are wonderful people. We're anxious to get into our new build in Palm Coast but sad to leave Sea Colony.

Sea Colony Oasis

The VRBO at Sea Colony is truly an exceptional house and made for a wonderful stay. My wife and I moved to Palm Coast and needed a place to stay while our house was being built. We could not have asked for a better place than this home at Sea Colony. The decor was fitting for a beach house community and very tastefully done. There is a warmth and charm here that gave us a great welcome to Palm Coast. From the first time we drove into the community we were simply awed with the beauty of the grounds with beautiful landscaping and community ponds. Being a few minutes walk from the community center and the beach was a terrific bonus. Sadly, our time at Sea Colony has come to an end but we will always cherish our time here as this was our landing place to Palm Coast. Thank you for offering such a wonderful oasis.

Wonderful Holiday Home on the Water

Set in a delightful and civilized colony, 47 Nantucket is a wonderful spot tp spend a winter break, as we did. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. Most of all tenants are blessed with a wonderful.view of the lagoon and the beach club beyond it, just four minutes walk away. One of its great pleasures is to sit and watch the bird life on the lagoon, along with the occasional otter sighting and the little turles popping their heads above water! The beach is breathtaking - we saw it in sun and storm and it is always beautiful. The club pool and hot tub (the one at the house is not warm enough for winters) are excellent. We enjoyed the bikes which came with the house. The beds (one king and one superking - looking out on the lake) are super-confortable. When all our kids visited, we used the two mattresses from the conservatory and fitted five adults easily. Surrounded by a friendly community and in easy reach of several great bars and restaurants, not to mention the legendary Ragga Cafe for breakfast/brunch, we felt entirely at home and our month shot by. The town of Palm Coast is just fifteen minutes drive away offering every amenity - a Publix grocery store is just five minutes from the house. We will certainly have this house as one of our holiday options for many visits in the future!
