The house is extremely well appointed, steps from the beach, quiet, comfortable and the neighbors are friendly too. Rhonda is responsive and kind. Would definitely come back!

family vacation

We had a wonderful time. house was nice, very close to the beach, we didn't have to pack lunches. AC worked great. decks are a nice feature. Neighborhood was great for morning walks and bikes were a plus to ride around too. Grocery shopping not too far from the house. Would definitely recommend. Accommodated 5 adults and 1 four year old nicely. Would like to have seen nicer outdoor furniture. it was run down and rusty. all and all, a good time.

Great home, location, and neighborhood. The beach was very dog friendly, and good for shell searching. As many have stated in prior reviews, Rhonda was very easy to work with, the house is well stocked with everything you need..

Perfect family beach getaway!

Had the best time at this home for a week at the beach with family. Kitchen had all utensils and amenities you could ever need. Plenty of beach toys for kids (& adults, lol) to have fun at beach. Grocery stores and restaurants close by if you don’t wanna go far and just be a beach bum! Thanks Rhonda for a great family vacation.

It was so near to the beach that we walk to and from within minutes. It was quite even on forth of July. The house has everything you might need for the beach. We had an amazing trip and recommend.

Wonderful getaway

We came down to celebrate a 16th birthday and go to the pirate museum in St Augustine. This house was perfect for us and 5 kids. They had everything you could need and were very responsive to any questions! We are already trying to plan a time we could come down again.

Great location

This was a great location only a few houses from the beach entrance. The owner was great in answering all of our questions. The house had everything we needed and more to have a great get away.

Steps from the Beach

Our second time staying here and it was amazing . Home has everything you need, we woke up early for the sunrise everyday and spent the days at the beach. Thank you Rhonda for being so amazing and always keeping in touch. We will be back soon !!

The Perfect Getaway

Came here for a girls getaway and Rhonda’s place did not disappoint!!!! Only a light stroll to the beach that felt like a private beach since it’s not designed for public access was perfection. There are a few patios to enjoy sitting outside as well as a living room and sitting room with ocean views. This place is very spacious and can accommodate a large family, a couple families looking to travel together, or a large group of friends. I also love how it comes with access to all the beach equipment you would need (toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas etc) While the house is located in a quiet neighborhood it is close to nearby shopping, food, gas as well as other great tourist attractions such as Marineland and St Augustine! Rhonda was an excellent host. Easy to get ahold of, checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly, and was easy to book with as well. I will absolutely be back and can’t recommend this gem enough!!!!

Beach Relaxing after 4 days of Universal and Disney

Needed some down time after being at amusement parks for 4 days. This is a perfect location with easy beach access and quiet neighborhood. This is our 3rd time staying and have enjoyed it every time.

Nice Beach House

Rhonda was an excellent host, her beach house is fully equipped with everything from beach chairs, sun screen, bikes, sup boards to cook ware. This beach house is about 4 houses from the beach with ocean views from several rooms.

Relaxing and beautiful week in Palm Coast

It was an amazing location to enjoy the beautiful beach, the nature walking trails and the bike paths throughout Palm Coast ~ so relaxing. Very close to several local and delicious restaurants. The house was spacious and comfy, well stocked with lots of beach towels and beach gear, bikes and kitchen items. The home was nicely furnished with several items similar to our own home ~ we really felt at home the moment we arrived! We highly recommend and would come again!

Perfect place to stay

My husband and I, along with another couple, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rhonda’s house. Having stayed there before (at least twice) we already knew we’d enjoy this house. The owner is very responsive to any concerns and we found everything we could possibly need already stocked. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. There were some charming antiques as well which gave the house a welcoming atmosphere. There was some construction on the street which involved putting in drainage aids to offset excess water when it storms, but the workers were very considerate when we were leaving or coming back to the house. The beach was a very short walk at the end of the street and the neighborhood was exceptionally quiet at night. Our stay was very relaxing and we look forward to going back next year.

This location was chosen by my Mom, who was able to see the beauty and the serenity this community offers. People are warm and welcoming. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the early morning will surely renew your spirit in all that is beautiful and magical. With so many world class attractions a stones throw away, you feel as though you have your own private resort home in this beautiful community of beach homes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love all the water sports close at hand. We also love to go into St. Augustine to enjoy dinner or browse the historic sites and shops. Hiking and biking along the many trails of coastline are a favorite pastime as well. Although the home is located about 300 ft. from the ocean, the Intra-coastal Waterway is within a short walk or bike ride.
