This is a brand new, custom built luxury home that was tastefully designed and furnished. You’ll find our serene cottage has all that your family needs for your beach vacation! The large spacious kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll also find beach accessories, toys and towels. There’s even a game room in garage.

The large living room has plenty of space for the whole crew to relax and play. There’s a smart TV with Sling live TV. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, along with a pullout queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to entertain and host. Including complimentary coffee. The dining table has room for the whole family and more! The main bedroom is large and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Baby friendly items are stored in the closet (pack n’ play, high chair, stroller). Theres two guest bedrooms, both tastefully designed. One room has a queen bed, and the other has two twins. They share a jack and jill bathroom, with an extra 1/2 bath in the hallway. The laundry room has added capacity washer and dryers for all of your laundry needs. Walk down the stairs and into the game room which includes seating, pool table and foose ball (not climate controlled). Theres another half bath in the garage/game room. There’s also a propane grill for that surf and turf dinner. There’s a large deck off the front of the house with a covered patio and dining.

Best of all you’re just a short walk away from a pristine, open beach! You’ll find just about everything you’ll need on site to have relaxing beach days with your family in that warm sunny sand. List of beach items below.

There are several great local restaurants, a grocery store (Publix) and plenty of outdoor activities just a few minutes away. Close to St Augustine and Daytona Beach! About a mile away you’ll find Washington Oaks State Park, Matanza Fort (1700’s fort/National Monument) and an expansive bike trail. About an hour away is the Kennedy Space Center where you can occasionally see a launch from the Cape! About 1 1/2 hours away and you’re at Disney!

We do allow dogs with certain breed restrictions. There are also two Ring cameras that face the exterior, driveway areas. They’re motion activated and can’t be deactivated during stays. This is a no smoking property. Smoking will result in an added fee. LBTR 35932
