Come enjoy your Destin vacation at Chateau La Mer II #304. This two-bedroom two-bath condo has been completely remodeled for your enjoyment and is just a short 3-minute walk to our private beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of America.
Gulf Getaway #304 overlooks the seasonally heated pool (When temperatures allow it to be effective) and is close to pickleball/tennis courts.
Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan offer a spacious comfortable feel
Remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals
Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach
Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space & master bath
Large guest room equipped with two queen size beds
Condo sleeps 6 comfortably
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels
Gulf Getaway #304 is a few minutes walk to Captain Dave's & Kenny D's
If you are looking for golf and gulf, #304 is a short drive from Destin's finest courses

Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8 AM to 4 PM.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
