You will love the spectacular views from this luxury one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
It is located in the "Lanai building" at the highly rated Mahana at Kaanapali Resort.
With our unobstructed views, we fondly refer to our unit as “Aloha Kai Nani”, or “love the beautiful sea”.

We are located on Kaanapali Beach, which was rated the #1 beach in the US and #4 in the world in the 2024 Travels Choice Awards on Trip Advisor! Also it’s was #1 in the 2023 USA Today Readers Choice. You can't beat the location.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

Mahana 1014 has been remodeled. Highlights include a new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet sunset dinner, along with all the table settings and linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. There are two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella for your use during your stay.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. There are two barbecue areas for your use, one by the pool and one in a garden setting.

Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Groceries, equipment rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five-minute walk away.

You can get easily get by without a rental car with shopping and restaurants so close by, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

This condo is best suited for two people. If you have more people, or you need another condo for extended family, please ask.

Our host prepared us well and enjoyed our independence. We will be back! The condo is well stocked and just as shown in photos. It’s also quiet and the views simply can’t be beat.

After looking online at condos for our holiday to Maui we came across this one. After viewing it we knew straight away we were going to book it because of the view and condo amenties. When we arrived it did not dissapoint and location wise it was great for us. Check-in was an easy process. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. From the well equipped kitchen and living area to the fluffy towels, comfortable bed, washer anddryer, beach chairs, sun shade, cool box, safe and spectacular view we couldn't have asked for more. The BBQ's downstairs were handy as well as the nearby food trucks and local supermarket. We loved watching the sunsets from the lanai and listening to the waves crashing below and we spotted lots of turtles whilst sat eating breakfast. Sandy was in touch to ask if check-in had gone ok and also a couple of days later to let us know an advisory had been issued for potential loss of power due to high winds and told us where to find torches etc. Fortunately everything was ok and we didn't require them but were grateful for the heads up. A great host, thank you .

We had a great stay in Sandy's condo. We were very comfortable with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful views from the deck and the living room windows. We definitely plan to return.

The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn't be more perfect, right on the beach with easy access to everything Maui and Kaanapali has to offer.We arrived to find every essential thoughtfully provided, from beach chairs and an ice maker to high-quality cookware and even laundry detergent—no last-minute runs to the store required. I have been working with the new owners of this unit since March 2022. I like working with the new owners of this unit because they are committed to providing an attractive, comfortable vacation home and they want you to have a 5 star experience.
I personally love the Mahana at Kaanapali and I am sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

I love this location because it is right on the ocean, it is a very quiet property yet it is close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the building has been beautifully updated. There is a great walking trail that starts here and goes for miles towards Lahaina.

What makes this property unique

I love the sunsets on the lanai and the fact that you can walk right out onto the beach at the front of the property. The BBQ areas are great, you can have a sunset dinner without going out.
