This cabin was absolutely perfect. It's much bigger than we anticipated and very well-stocked with everything we needed; all we had to bring was food. The sleeping accommodations were super comfortable for both the kids and adults. And, we loved the outdoor space with the firepit and hot tub being so close together and to the house. Finally, the host provided outstanding communication. If we return to Hocking Hills, we will definitely rebook this cabin.

We stayed at the tangle wood cabin in the spring of 25. This time we picked the roost cabin. Only the two of us and our fur baby. but was very nice to have a little extra room. The down stairs game room. A second bathroom and the wonderful patio !! The entire ridge is perfect spot to relax and unwind! The leaves were in peak color too. Great spot and great host!! We look forward to planning our next trip.

We have been renting all over the country for many years and the Roost has earned a place near the top of our list. The serene setting and thoughtful amenities inspired a sense of calm and comfort that the photos alone couldn’t predict. It is clear that the property owners understand hospitality and care about their guests experience. Communication was excellent and engaging. The Roost will be fondly remembered.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. Everything was very neat and clean. The cabin was easy to get to but felt remote. Just what we were looking for. We hope to stay again.

Great place for fam including pets

Great stay. Cabin was clean and roomy enough for our family of 4 adults and dogs. Max was a great host and very responsive to our questions. The on-premise trail was nice to start out the trip. The beds were very comfortable. It was close to a lot of different trails that we were able to take our dogs on.

Great stay!

The place was super clean. No dishwasher, so we brought paper plates but there were plenty of supplies and towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids loved their loft room and everyone thought the beds were comfy. It’s great having a nice little trail nearby, we took it several times. We really enjoyed our staying would love to go back.
