No heat in the unit the colder than usual January days. The book in unit requested if we bought any cleaning/laundry supplies for our stay that we should leave those behind. I found that a cheap request. Overall, the unit was comfortable just nothing special.

Good space for 5 adults. The pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels, limited amenities but is considered self-sufficient so go shopping for personal items beforehand. I wish toilet paper and garbage bags were not considered these items because everyone needs that. We had enough to get us started though. Loved that there were tvs in each room and a cooler that we were able to bring to the beach. Overall, it was a good place to stay at for our needs. Thanks!

Pros: Location of the property was nice as it was close to restaurants and close to the Disney parks. The home was clean. Con’s: we were a family of 7 there definitely was not enough bath towels for a family of 8 much less 7. Most Vrbo I have stayed at at least provides some coffee cups or has basic seasonings in the home this had absolutely nothing,most places will provide one laundry pod anything to just start out but nope. We got left with used rolls of toilet paper. Not even full rolls. The management company should do better we only would only return due to convenience of the distance of the parks and cheaper then the resorts.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the right utensils. Pots and pans aren’t for fine cooking but do the trick! Terrific value. Easy booking and great communication. No issues what so ever. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Bring your own toiletries, which is fine. 1st floor bed is VERY firm lol. We were very happy with our stay. Good water pressure and hot water for all our showers. Checked all the boxes!

We found a game or two upstairs. Needed playing cards. There wasn’t any paper towels or extra toilet paper which made it difficult towards the end of the stay. We were juggling rolls between the bathrooms for people to use. Other than that the beds were a bit hard and squeaky. The house was everything listed and we had a good time. Corey was very personable.

Home away from home.

My family and I loved staying at this cozy townhome. It had great accommodations and amenities, with a very short drive to Disney and about an hour from the beach. The owners were quick to respi d to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Great property

Appreciated the four bedrooms and great pool, tennis courts and basketball courts on site. Had one minor issue and Corey responded very quickly. It was resolved the same day. Great spot and great host!

Great property at a great price!

This is a great property!The price is much more affordable than other comparable properties. The unit is clean and well cared for, the amenities of the pool, playground and clubhouse were a welcome break from the Disney parks. Speaking of parks, you are in closer proximity, only takes about 15 minutes to get there, as well as shopping opportunities are close.The communication from the owner is fantastic, and if you are a first responder you get a great deal.The only small notes are the oven is a bit dated and takes a while to heat up. Additionally, you do need to buy staples like toilet paper, extra bags and paper towels so make a stop on your way when you buy your food and add that to your list.Great way to stay with a couple families to accomodate everyone! Will definitely stay again, thank you!Angelina

Amazing host, great location and awesome time!

Excellent location, the house is full equipted, we made turkey for Thanksgiving even!. Tons of amenites to use, parking space. The host was super responsive, always checking and answering our questions. We had a great time! Thanks!

Home away from home

It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful and fun community. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!
