About this property

7 miles from Disney world

This wonderful town home will comfortably accommodate your families vacation needs. Located 7 miles from Disney, and not far from other parks.

The town home is located in a gated community with a short walk to the pool, tennis courts, and club house with small gym. Town home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes full bathroom and king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. sleeps 6 comfortably. Parking in front for 2 vehicles. Please note, if the car is covering the sidewalk. The HOA might tow your car, I try to keep the bushes trimmed back so you can pull in a far as you can.

Washer and dryer, full kitchen with Utensils. Smart TV's with Netflix's.

The downstairs TV has an XBox 360 with games, please keep in mind the games are from my teen's own collection and may not be suitable for everyone.

Property was great, plenty of room for 5 people, we could have easily fit 1 or 2 more depending on bed sharing. The only downside is that the AC takes a while to cool down, but it eventually got there.

Clean place, pet friendly, door lock not working on door but loved key access ability they had. Only down fall was the 2 large active wasp nest in windows rather side of door way. They left you alone ( only if wasp worry if allergies to wasp) Back exit was great to take dogs out for walks and releaf.

Very clean, very spacious, perfect for pet owners. Back porch view of the pond that walks straight to the walking trail around pond. Nice and quiet and easy access to diving to the parks. Would definitely recommend this host and location. We would definitely rent from again.

Easy to walk the dogs on the sidewalk just outside the porch around the pond. Place is clean and close to Disney, restaurants, and stores. This is the second time we stay here and would stay again if we are coming to the area.

Safe community area. The place was very cute, comfy and clean. Especially enjoyed the enclosed patio and pond out back. Host was easy and quick to communicate with. Very thorough and clear with checkout instructions. We will definitely stay here again.
