Luxury Villa with Private Pool 8 miles from Disney & near golf

Welcome to Sunshine Villa Florida! – This is our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Orlando Florida Family Owned Villa which is available for vacation rental.
It has a private screened pool & is near Disney, Universal Studio's and many Golf courses. There's free Wi-Fi with 100meg internet access. It sleeps 10. There's a free baby cot, hi-chair, stroller and baby-gym.
Accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis. No house-keeping services are included.

Our family owned villa is on Clear Creek, Woodridge, off US27 - only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of US192. It's less than 9 miles from Disney World and about 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Woodridge local centre and near-by Cagan Crossing provides convenient services, post office, restaurants, diners, bars, shops and a Wal-Mart.

A guest described our villa: ‘superb, on a quiet estate to get away from it all, but only one mile from the Highway 192 for everything you need.'
It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and fanned throughout (except the games room) and has constant hot water.
All linens and towels (except beach towels) are included. Pre & Post-Vacation cleaning and electricity is also included, - except for pool heating which is available as an optional extra.
Our villa’s lounge has modern vaulted ceiling with 2 luxurious sofas.
It has remote control 42' Digital Cable HDTV (with hundreds of all-digital cable channels including on-demand channels like Primetime), DVD player and CD/radio/tape hi-fi.
The master bedroom has a Smart HDTV on which you can view your Netflix, VUDU, Vimeo, Pandora, Twitter, Picasa and Opera accounts, and programming.
-All to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment.
An X-Box & games (inc Mincraft) are also provided to keep the 'children' amused.
Large patio style doors lead out to the screened patio and pool area.
The Dining Area has dining table and 6 chairs, with overhead lighting.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has a King ('UK super-king') size bed, large dressing room, drawers, dressing table, bedside lights, Smart TV, digital cable, VCR, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and its own en-suite and very spacious bathroom with w/c, twin basin suite, mirrors, large shower and hairdryer.
The second full bedroom has a queen size double bed, drawers, bedside light, digital cable SmartTV, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan, full length mirror and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the pool.
Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 all have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, digital cable TV’s, ceiling fan, full length mirror and share bathrooms 2&3.
One twin room has a Mickey Mouse Disney theme and night-lite. A Greco travel-cot is included for the convenience of renters with babies or small toddlers.
Bathroom 2 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, bath with shower over, mirror, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.
Bathroom 3 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, mirror and mirror cabinet.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, and is equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including cookware, cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups/mugs, pots and pans, a full size electric cooker, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, and a huge 17 cu.ft. fridge-freezer with ice maker.
An array of electrical accessories such as cordless electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can-opener, blender, etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.
Breakfast area has table and four chairs.
A high-chair is also provided.

Our two car garage has been converted to a Games Room and includes; 7foot Pool/Billiards, 7foot Air Hockey, electronic darts, cable Smart TV, X-Box with games and Smart DVD player.
Wi-Fi + Cable 300meg Hi-Speed internet is provided free for your use during your stay. Bring your tablet, laptop, or other Wi-Fi device and stay in touch with your email, social media etc., maybe even send home 'photos of yourselves lapping up the Florida sunshine and enjoying Disney! Our Wi-Fi network is security protected for your safety and you will be given the key with your other security information.

The garage area also contains a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, airers, ironing board and iron.

There is a fully screened, heatable 29'x15' swimming pool with overhead light.
The patio area has 2 tables and 8 chairs together with 4 loungers and drinks tables.
Pool toys, buckets & spades are provided for your enjoyment. A safety fence closes off the pool from the patio and house. The pool is recently re-surfaced and fitted with a hand-rail down the steps into the pool. Pool heating is a seasonally variable optional charge.

We provide a charcoal BBQ for use by our guests free of charge, but only in strict compliance with our safety rules. A gas BBQ Grill is available at a one-off optional charge.
There is digital cable television to all TV’s, and cordless telephone with Caller Display and Voicemail is installed which is available to guests without charge for local and US/Canadian long-distance calls . International calls may be made through the use of a credit card (via operator) or locally purchased phone card.
Our helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times, and 24 hours for emergencies
Pool Heat to 85F (recommended for cooler months) is optionally available.
