This single story, 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500 sqft property hosts a large wrap-around outdoor patio, large living space, and brand new floors and furniture throughout.

Master Bedroom: Large master bedroom with a brand new king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large tub. New TV fully equipped with Roku and cable. Large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space.

Bedroom #2: Includes brand new king-sized bed, dresser and a TV with Roku

Office: The office nook is connected to bedroom #2, separated by a curtain, and is equipped with a sit/stand desk and chair. Note that bifold door is currently not installed, so office opens up directly to hallway.

Bedroom #3: Contains a comfy day bed which is set up as a couch, but quickly converts to 2 single beds.

Bathroom #2: Shower and single vanity.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy peaceful desert meals. Open the kitchen patio door for easy access to the outdoor space where you can enjoy outdoor dining for up to six. An in-kitchen table comfortably seats four while the dining table easily seats six.

The spacious living area is your perfect destination to relax and unwind. Two large couches and two comfy chairs surround the large 65-inch TV equipped with Roku and Cable. Easily access the patio from the large living room slider.

Hidden Palms welcomes you with full access to our four heated pools/hot tubs, lighted tennis and pickleball court and dedicated walking paths.

Access
The community is gated and the front door has a digital lock. Community gate and front door code will be provided on booking.

Once you arrive you will find the pool and tennis keys and a community gate card for easy access hanging on the hook by the front door. Please note we charge a $100 replacement fee if these keys or card are lost.
