FANTASTIC INDIAN WELLS CONDO

We enjoyed a wonderful month of April in this Casa Dorado 2-bedroom condo rental. The owner has stocked this home with all of the necessities which was so nice. The view from the unit is amazing with the mountains saying HELLO every morning! I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Place

My husband and I stayed for about six weeks and loved this little spot. It is very bright and cheery with all the amenities you need. We used the many pools on the grounds and played the 4 hole par three course. The views are spectacular and there is a lovely spot to sit outside and have dinner or read. It's also quite private. The location is awesome. You can walk just about anywhere and a two minute drive to El Paseo. We had no issues at all while we were there. I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

Marti’s place was decorated very nicely in mid century style. Has a nice view of the mountains, and the community grounds were maintained beautifully. We were very disappointed, however, in the amount of traffic noise, especially after specifically asking owner about it. She said the noise was not an issue because of orientation of home. This was not the case. We also had to wash windows, floors and outdoor patio needed to be cleaned up and weeded.

It is always disappointing, as a host, when someone has a complaint that was not addressed during their stay but they mention it in a the review after checkout. Especially during a 9 week stay at my home. From day 1 the issue of cleaning satisfaction is addressed with all guests per my instructions in the welcome book. The welcome book says "the house was cleaned before your arrival. If anything is not to your satisfaction please let me know right away so we can have cleaning staff come back." Also, your booking included mid stay cleaning (at no additional charge) which was refused by you as the guest when asked which day you wanted cleaning. Regarding noise, there is some noise from the road. The Casa Dorado Community is extremely quiet so it makes it easier to hear noise of any kind including nearby traffic. You have been the first and last guest that had an issue with the noise. The guests after your stay have all rebooked to come back the next year. So, while I do appreciate feedback, it is better to provide the feedback during your stay so your host can resolve issues with you in a timely and effective manner. The review of you as a guest would be most accurate at 3 stars for communication.

Great Place!

Marti's place is a beautifully remodel mid century home. We've stayed there a couple of times and will be returning. The home comes with all the amenities you need. The living room has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains, the gated community has immaculate grounds with swimming pools and tennis courts. We love the homes central location to both Palm Desert and La Quinta restaurants and shopping.
