Home was exactly as described. Host communication was excellent. Great location, very close to Dollywood and Dixie Stampede. Not far off main road. No very steep road elevations as compared to many in the area. Pool was a great size. 4 adults and 3 kids were able to be in the pool at the same time and enjoy it. Kitchen has 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers if you cook a large family meal allowing for quick easy cleanup. Thanks Corey so glad we picked this location for a 5 day vacation in the smokey mountains.

It’s a very new house, or seems to be, we were there for 4 nights, with 6 adults, and 8 kids age 8 to 3, everything was top notch. Perfect house to have your groceries delivered upon your arrival, and eat most meals at the house. I’d give it 6 stars if available!

The host, Corey was super helpful and responsive! The house was amazingly clean and the views were to die for. Would definitely stay there again if we return to TN! My husband and I were with our two adult sons and their wives and 2 young granddaughters. The room configuration was perfect! The girls loved the bunk room! All bedrooms had ensuites, which is important for our family! Great house!!

This property was amazing. So spacious. Clean. Our issue was only with communication from the host. The heated pool was not heating. This was a very big reason we rented this property. I messaged the host and asked for assistance with getting it to heat and received no reply. We had an issue with water leaking from the second floor to the first. It’s obviously happened before because the vent it came through was rusted. I messaged about this after the pool and got a reply that they’d call maintenance and follow back up with me about the leak. I never heard back on that either. Other than the communication issues and the freezing pool this is a great property.

Great view. Clean. Had everything in the kitchen you need. Near hiking, shopping, and lots of fun restaurants. Very safe for families. We had our dog with us and it’s very dog friendly. Pool table was fun and we enjoyed sitting on the decks and enjoying the views.
