This beautifully appointed, bright & spacious, two bedroom with ensuites is located in the Dunes Club in Hutchinson Island. There is an additional powder room on the main floor and an open loft area with additional twin bed and trundle. Comfortably sleeps six. The Dunes Club is located adjacent to the southern property line of the Indian River Plantation Resort on the ocean side. This quaint townhouse community is just steps from the sandy beachfront of the Atlantic Ocean. There is direct beach access and a heated community pool. Close to all amenities: 45 minutes to West Palm Beach. Golf course and tennis within walking distance. Pickleball within 10 minutes. Bike, run, or walking paths along Hutchinson Island. Bath tub reef within 5 minutes drive. Stuart is considered the Sailfish capital of the world with world class beaches and off-shore fishing. Close to Historic Downtown Stuart, many restaurants, and world famous Kilwin's Ice Cream.
