The fully furnished home with a 2 car garage includes a full kitchen, laundry facility, living room, backyard patio with BBQ grill (backed up against open space..the morning sun at this home is to die for), roof top patio with fire pit (great place for star gazing or morning sunshine), and a private outside courtyard located within the center of the home which contains a private hot tub that seats 10 (you will love the privacy as you star gaze from the hot tub). You can also enjoy the three pools at the resort and the clubhouse restaurant. Sand Hollow area offers many outdoor activities such as Golfing (PAR-72 Championship Golf Course), Jeeping, side by siding, & motorcycle riding at the Sand Hollow State Park Off highway recreation area (you can ride right from this home), water sports on the reservoir, and hiking/sight seeing in Zion National Park.
