Only 30 minutes to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn Amphitheater, St. George's Ancestor Square, Red Rock Cliffs/Pioneer Park and more! Just 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir. Hour and fifty minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park. On the property there’s a private BBQ and Jacuzzi!

Our home is directly adjacent to a fitness center, community BBQ, and a pool and club house including a waterpark, lazy river, the largest private resort pool in the state of Utah, workout room, and additional amenities. HOME DETAILS

Sleeping Accommodations: Wake up in any one of our well-appointed 7 private bedrooms plus den. Included in the home: 5 king beds, 10 twin beds. If you are accommodating a large group, this place has 15 separate beds. With 2 people per king bed, you can sleep 20+ people. Through the City of Hurricane, this home has been approved to host a group of 20 people.

The living room has a central fireplace & large flat screen TV. There are sofas and end tables with a lamp. There is also a kids' game closet off this main living space and a collection of books.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 ("Arches"). Ground floor master bedroom, sleeps 2. King size bed, large screen TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private toilet area, tub, walk-in closet and patio off the sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 2 ("Zion"). Ground floor bedroom. Sleeps 2. King size bed.

Bedroom 3 ("Bryce Canyon"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom with shower. Has access to outdoor deck. Large screen TV.

Bedroom 4 ("Cedar Breaks"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet, tub and shower and private toilet area. 43" TV.

Bedroom 5 ("Kolob"). Upstairs, sleeps 2+. King sized bed. Large screen TV. Private in-room access to jack and jill style bathroom with shower and tub. Separate private sink and vanity.

Bedroom 6 ("Snow Canyon"). Upstairs, sleeps 4. Two built-in bunk beds. Large walk-in closet. Play kitchen for kids.

Bedroom 7 (game room, "Goblin Valley"): Kids Loft, 6 twin mattresses, large screen TV. Arcade-style cocktail video table with 60 games including Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. Large windows look out the back deck and on to views of the pool / lazy river. Free pinball!

Bathroom Amenities: The 4 1/2 bathrooms include 2 walk-in showers and two bathtubs. All 4 full bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and hair driers. Let us know what you need in advance, and we will make sure you have it!

Gourmet Kitchen: This brand new kitchen includes all new appliances, a large pantry, kitchen tools, and dining service. Included for you: a full set of pots, a crockpot, salad bowl, mixing bowls, K-Cup Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, XL cookie sheets, hand mixer, BBQ tools, serving trays, roasting pan, serving platters, glass bowls, casserole dish, pancake griddle, blender, storage containers, high chair, knife block, cutting boards & more.

Entertainment: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies by logging on to any one of the 6 Smart TVs located throughout the house. The kids' dorm room also includes a cocktail table style arcade game with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and a total of 60 games, as well as a Guardians of the Galaxy, full sized arcade pinball machine set to free play. There is a ping pong table in the garage. Two washers and dryers.

This condo was everything it stood it was and more! Absolutely amazing and very modern. Had plenty of dish wear, cook wear, spices, towels, basic supplies and more. Our party could not have been happier. The backdrop view was spectacular surrounded bu the Utah beauty. Access to a pool, hot tub and common area as well as our own private hot tub. Amazing Property for a Family Reunion!

Stayed here with extended family during the Ironman 70.3 world championships. Everything about this property was perfect! Lots of parking. Lots of room for everyone. Amazing common areas to hang out. Easy access to St. George and the surrounding area. Very clean and organized. It was everything we could have asked for, and more. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it to any large group visiting the Hurricane/St, George area.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

My family of 10 (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have made this our home base throughout our trip. Two days was not enough. Renee was easy to communicate with and clearly cares about her property and making everyone comfortable. I rented four different homes on our National Park tour and this condo is by far the best property. The amenities in the condo and the condo complex cannot be beat. Our second night we relaxed by the pool and cooked on the community grills. It was great. The condo is exactly as presented and we were very comfortable. I would rent this property again. Three families stayed here over spring break and thought it was great. Kids loved the pool. They are a bit older so it was great we could keep and eye on them from the patio. Plenty of space and the two bunk rooms worked great for the kids we brought. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Epicenter of fun and adventure

Perfect location our large family of 2 - 57 yr Olds. All needed amenities plus the pools are right outside. Pool guests were kind and shut things down by 10PM but were that noisy. Video game room was a huge plus and loved by all ages. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, chairs, etc. IF we plan on Zion NP again we will work our plans around getting this location! 👍🏼

If you’re planning to visit Zion national Park this place is about 40 minutes away. It is ideal for a large family or a couple of smaller families. It has everything you could want. It was perfect for my wife and I and 7 of our adult children. It was clean and spacious and the furnishing are very nice. The kitchen is well outfitted for anyone who really enjoys cooking for a large group. A game room and bunkbeds for the kids and hot tub for the adults. Access to a community pool, pool table, BBQ....The owner is extremely responsive and if we came to visit this part of the country again, we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful and the location is great for visiting Zion. There were a couple of minor things, the shower gel in the downstairs master was empty and the pool towels were left in the washer but that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. We had a great time staying here for my daughter’s 16th birthday

Renee and Paul raised three now college aged boys and live in San Diego. We love the outdoors so being close to Zion National Park was a natural for us. We love watersports (jet skiing), hiking and any way to get closer to wildlife. We both speak French and Renee speaks Italian so we can easily accommodate guests from Europe!

Why they chose this property

This will not disappoint. Room for mom and dad, three married children and all the cousins. Less than 30 miles from Zion's, about 15 miles from St. George. 2-3 minutes from a WalMart to stock up, and right next to a resort pool. The private jacuzzi will be a welcome place to relax after your spectacular hikes or a play at Tuacahn Theater.

What makes this property unique

So kid friendly! The Pac-Man arcade game and Guardians of the Galaxy full sized pinball are must-plays! No quarters required!
