LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!The vacation home you have been looking for is here!! NO CLEANING FEES, This single family home (no shared space) is situated in prestigious Diamond Beach in Wildwood Crest on a highly desirable street. There is so much to do in the area from walking 5 minutes to the beach, steps to Icona Beach Bar, parks, mini golf, restaurants, drive to the boardwalk, right by the bridge to Cape May, whale watching, water sports, nearby water park and more! This home boasts four bedrooms and two full baths. The first floor features a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, eat in kitchen with sliders leading out to a private deck to enjoy family BBQ's with a grill and the ocean breeze. There is also a convenient first floor bedroom. On the second floor you will find three generous size bedrooms and a full bath. Plenty of room in the garage to keep all your beach things and an enclosed outside shower for washing away sandy toes! We will have 6 beach chairs, 2 beach carts and beach toys available. We will also have a baby crib. An amazing place to relax :)

4 beach passes to Seapointe private beach will be provided.

Check-out time is important in order to be respectful of cleaning time for next guests.

Note: We have a Nest Doorbell, its the only camera on the property.

Another lovely stay

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. It’s a great location, the neighborhood is quiet, and the home itself has everything we need. Space to spread out, eat outside, sit on the porch, or take a nap! The beach is more chill than other parts of WW, which we appreciate, and there’s a convenient Beach Grill for breakfast and lunch. The unit’s beach supplies came in handy, and the exterior shower is super helpful when the kids come back full of sand pants.

Perfect for a fall long weekend

We rented this house due to its proximity to a local wedding. It was perfect. We were close to all of the activities. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We had a great time.

We love this place!

The house is beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. In the kitchen, there was EVERYTHING you would need. The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby. The back deck was spacious and cozy at the same time. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great family beach location

Property was as described. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc. Quiet location. House was comfortable . Additional outdoor spaces, front porch, back deck , and outdoor shower appreciated. Private beach with restrooms were a plus as well. Hope to return next year!

Lovely Stay

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The entire place was comfortable and spotless and everything was in working order. You can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Carini’s for takeout and the Crest Tavern for dinner. And even the mini golf ice cream place. Laurie responded quickly to questions and we had no issues with neighbors or noise. A great spot! Hope to book it again next year!

Perfect family beach getaway!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location is perfect - VERY close to the beach but also short ride from Cape May and walking distance to mini golf & ice cream :) The house is gorgeous & incredibly clean. The communication from the owner was outstanding. They left a welcome note & bottle of wine which was so thoughtful. We had the best time & couldn’t have been happier that we rented this property for our baby’s first family beach vacation! HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you again to our hosts!

Extended fall weekend

We came for a long weekend in early October with my in-laws and teenage children. Having the four bedrooms was perfect and gave everyone a place to gather and also gave space. The back deck had a table for 8 which was great and the kitchen had seating for 9. It was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for cooking meals. The house also has 2 bikes with helmets included which was so awesome along with plenty of beach chairs, beach carts, umbrellas. We have stayed many places in Diamond beach over the years and this was great for a large group. It had ample room and comfort. Thank you!!!

Wildwood Crest Summer Getaway

Our family getaway would have been perfect except for the weather. No ones fault but Mother Nature. Laurie's house was just as portrayed. Perfect for our multigenerational family. Clean, well equipped kitchen (except for the very noisy dishwasher!) and in a perfect location. Laurie did say they would be replacing it but it still put a slight damper on when we could utilize it. I was surprised to see window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms since the description of the house said central air was installed in 2022. All in all we had a great time in a great place we love to visit.

I am so glad you enjoyed our home. Sorry to hear about Mother Nature. We got our dishwasher replaced right after your stay. As far as the central air, the home does have central air, but the upstairs window units provide an extra opportunity to make it even cooler and more comfortable.
