Your Jersey Shore retreat awaits! This 3 Bedroom, 2 full Bath Cottage has the endless summer vibe you’ve been searching for. Start the 2022 season off by enjoying your stay at our newly renovated Marlin Cottage.
The Cottage is in Seaside Park, just a short less than 5-minute walk to the Beach, yet close enough to all of what the Seaside Heights boardwalk has to offer, including the newest attraction the beach club and restaurant.
Return from a fun-filled day at the beach or from enjoying one of many local attractions (Casino Pier, Breakwater waterpark, Jet -skiing, fishing, or Island Beach State Park) just to name a few of the many attractions local to the area.
Aside from the local attractions there are many others within a short drive, all of which are 90 minutes or less, listed below are some to name a few.

• Atlantic City
• Barnegat Bay
• Barnegat light house
• Six flags (Great Adventure)
• The Music Man Singing Ice Cream Shoppe
If you rather relax from a day at the beach, you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the privacy of your yard, or if you prefer, you can stay in and enjoy the expansive sunroom.

House Rules:
1. Check in after: 4:00PM
2. Check out: 10:00AM Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged up to
$250.00 for delaying cleaner.
3. Maximum occupancy (7).
4. Minimum age of renter 25. No group rental, we do not rent to
vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian.
5. No unannounced guest or day visitor
5. No proms, graduation, or group parties.
6. No Pets allowed.
7. No events allowed.
8. No smoking allowed (additional fees will apply if deep clean is needed)
9. No illegal activities permitted on premises.
10. 3rd Party bookings are not permitted; names of all guests are required at
time of booking
11. No beach chairs allowed inside the cottage
12. No surfboard or boggy boards, skateboard, coolers, or beach umbrellas
are permitted inside the cottage.
13. BBQ must remain within the space provided
14. In-door furniture must remain inside the cottage
15. On site security cameras for your safety
16. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM until 8:00AM, please be respectful of your
neighbor’s privacy and keep all music and noise to a reasonable level.
17. Damage: Renter will be responsible for any damage to the rental
property, which was caused by your party during your stay, including
extensive cleaning if required.
18. Falsified Reservations, any reservation obtained under false pretense will
be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
19. Parking is only permitted in the driveway. Parking is not permitted in
front of the property, there is a maximum of two cars permitted.
20. Trash is the responsibility of the renter and should be taken out on
specific garbage nights.
a. Garbage Sunday evening for Monday collection
b Garbage Wednesday evening for Thursday collection
c. Recyclables Tuesday evening for Wednesday collection

if you cannot meet the recyclables schedule, please bring your
recyclables to the collection Center:

Oct 1 to Mar 31: M-F 8am-3pm; Sat/Sun 9am-2pm
Apr 1 to Sept 30: 8am to 5 pm

21. Beach badges are provided, lost or stolen badges will be billed to the
renter.
22. House swept clean, all garbage and food removed from the house, and
beds made before leaving. House must be left in the same condition as
received
