This listing is for Unit #1 which is a STREET FACING unit with gorgeous ocean views from the top deck as pictured. This adorable, updated pet friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo is in an oceanfront building just 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and is best sized for a couple or small family. This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units. This Unit, #1, is STREET FACING from the lower deck with gorgeous and relaxing ocean views as pictured from the private roof deck! Queen bed in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk-bed. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! Wonderful stay. Great views on the rooftop. Off-peak (we stayed late September) benefits like low traffic and plenty of room on the beach outweighed any negatives, like some restaurants and attractions being closed. We lucked out with mostly great weather. Property was clean and comfy and well appointed.

Gorgeous views and comfy setting

The apartment is everything you see in the photos and more. It had plenty of room for two adults, two teen boys, and our pup. The views from the rooftop are amazing. The interior feels like it has been renovated recently. Very cozy and plenty of room for a family. You’ll love it. We’ll be back for sure.

Clean, on beach

Updated, clean, beautiful place (where dogs are allowed!). Property owner very responsive, clean, nicely appropriated condo. Bonus that dogs are allowed! Super happy with our stay. Bike ride to the Beach haven action, but far enough away it’s nice and quiet. Ocean and bay views. Definitely recommend!!

Review of stay

My wife, my 9 month year old son, and I had a great time in this spotless and perfect size 2 bedroom suite in Holgate. I don’t think the pictures do it justice- we were right on the beach, perfect location, and the set up of the kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife and I taking our son on his first trip to the beach. Absolutely first class experience!!

Perfect Time Away

I rented this condo for four days and it was really stunning. It was well equipped, spotless and had very comfortable furniture. The best was also dealing with Whitney, she is absolutely wonderful. I had a couple issues really unrelated to the condo and she was so helpful.

Open House Getaway

We are selling our home at home and went away for the weekend to be out of the way. This was perfect and great that we could bring our dog with us. Just enough space. Wish weather was nicer so we could enjoy the outside space. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our check in and check out times. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

We had the best time staying here!! The condo was super clean, modern, and had all of the essentials we needed. It was a huge plus that it was steps away from the beach and dog friendly, including a hose to wash off outside and gates to keep our pup safe on the porch. The rooftop deck has the prettiest views. Whitney was a great host and was very quick to reply to our messages. As we were leaving, my husband said “We are definitely coming back here!”.

Spring time at the beach

This place was kept immaculate. You could smell the clean when you walked in the door. It was steps from the beach and the house offered everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The rooftop deck has spectacular views. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the beach life. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Whitney!!!!

Consistency matters.

This is our second visit to this property and as per our first visit, it is cleaned immaculately it smells fresh. The linens are clean. The toilet is clean. The kitchen is spotless. I could go on all day just about the cleanliness and then it’s right on the beach, the rooftop Deck, I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re lucky enough to get to stay here you will not regret it!! It lacks absolutely nothing. They even let us bring our small to medium size dog Moses this place is an absolute blessing.
