Our stylish 4BR home with a King Suite is close to major highways like I-30 and LBJ Freeway and 18 minutes from Downtown. Enjoy your home away from home with our personal touches throughout and outdoor covered patio.

Plenty of entertainment for the family, including a outdoor corn hole game, a Sonos speaker, board games and Smart TVs with Disney+, Netflix and HBO Max!

Here are some highlights about the main areas of our home:

BEDROOMS:

- The master bedroom features a comfortable King bed with an en-suite bathroom, cozy bedding and a Smart TV. Dedicated workspace is also available.

- The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed for the little ones. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a pack n play and portable high chair for kids under 3.

- The third bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with cozy bedding, extra blankets and a Smart TV.

- The fourth bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with cozy bedding, extra blankets and a Smart TV.



LIVING AREAS:

- Stay entertained with smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms, equipped with DirecTV Stream for local channels, as well as access to popular streaming services like Netflix and Disney+.

- Stay connected with high-speed 1GB internet available throughout the home via WiFi.

- Plenty of board games available for your family to use during your stay.


KITCHEN:

- Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and even wine glasses.

- Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee using our Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, with k-cups provided and ground coffee.

- For your convenience, we provide an on-site washer and dryer along with a starter supply of laundry pods.

OUTDOORS AND PARKING:

- Enjoy outdoor cooking with our BBQ grill, which comes with a propane tank. Please refer to the "Other things to note" section for more details.

- Parking is a breeze with driveway parking and street parking available.

PETS:

- We warmly welcome pets weighing under 50 lbs, with a $125 fee per pet and a maximum of 2 pets. If you have larger pets, please reach out to us as additional fees up to $150 per pet may apply.

Amazing stay

Family weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Casa View. Viviana and Will were great hosts and easy to get in contact with as needed. The home was large enough for the 5 of us to move comfortably throughout the house and allowed us to spend time together while visiting from out of town.

Cozy House

Property was clean and well appointed. The master bedroom bed was wonderful! The backyard was great for our fur babies. Also, the owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Enjoyed the home during our stay.

Perfect for Family

This home was perfect for our family! My husband and son were staying with my dad and sisters to spend time with our brother who lives in the area. The backyard was a great hangout spot to drink and connect.

Great house

We needed a house for several of us that was kid and dog friendly, it was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked ! Nice big dining table. Lots of outdoor seating ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Very cute neighborhood! Will definitely stay again!

Per Pet fee 75 (pictured) up-charged 125 per pet. Gas grill without propane, had to go and buy. Grill partially broken. Kitchen Cooktop safety issue! Low Flame went out filling kitchen with gas. Dishwasher smelled foul, had to hand wash and dry all dishes.Not what our family hoped for.

Very comfy home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing and we got some good sleep. The hosts were very thorough with instructions regarding the home and amenities. The home had a large backyard which was perfect for our fur baby.

House was very clean. Host was very accomodating. My 76 year old mother was with me and was very tired on the day of our arrival. I reached out and Viviana sent me the early check in fee and we were able to access within 15 mins of my reaching out.

Home Renovation Stay

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks while our home was undergoing a remodel. The host was very responsive and great at working on specific items for our long term stay. The house was clean, welcoming, and we quickly settled in which allowed us to maintain our normal work/school routines.

Nice property, quiet neighborhood, great if you have pets

This property is well cared for and great if you are traveling with pets. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is very clean and has ample room. The large gas stove with electric oven is a definite plus if you plan to cook. The bed mattresses are very, very soft and the sheets are hotel sheets that defy being tucked in. But still, it is an above average property with very gracious hosts. I would not hesitate to reserve this property for anyone.

The house was good for the most part. There were small things that impacted our stay. For instance, I mentioned I would be cooking and was assured everything I would need was there, there were some pots and pans as well as some utensils, but there were no mixing bowls or anything larger than a cereal bowl, there was no grater or foil/parchment paper etc and there was no baking sheet. The water pressure in the master was very low, the toilet paper and paper towels were the thinnest one ply paper you could buy. We also couldn’t get Amazon prime or YouTube on the living room tv. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay, but there were some comfort aspects that could have been better. These things could be changed easily, and didn’t have a large impact, but did take our stay from great to just good.

Great place for a meetup

Got together with a group of friends I haven't seen in forever. Was nice to have a homey place to stay instead of a hotel, where we could all just relax and enjoy spending time together. Kitchen was spacious and easy to work in. Back patio is lovely, and there's a cycling shop within easy reach, so I was able to bike everywhere I needed/wanted to be. The Mexican market nearby was cooking out some AMAZING bbq., and if you ARE a cyclist, there's a big park with a lake, a pleasant suburban ride away, where you can pick up the trail proper around the lake. All in all, a lovely place.

Nice Place. Host is not attentive.

Several issues arose. It was impossible to use the guest bathroom shower as water was either cold or scalding hot. A handyman came and advised that it should be replaced. The host refunded us $30 and advised us it worked fine. The dog was not able to use the backyard due to high grass and there were chicken bones thrown into the yard and on the back patio (not the fault of the Host, but maybe vet the cleaning crew.) The key pad lock consistently malfunctioned and left us on the front porch for approximately 30 minutes, and we left several messages and also contacted VRBO customer service. After several attempts, it opened, but the Host responded 2 hours later. We felt that were could not leave, because we would not be able to get back in. Also, the dryer vent was not cleaned in ages, and is probably a fire hazard until it is professionally cleaned. Overall the place is nice, but the Host needs to be more attentive.

Nice place for a family

It was a nice house for our extended family for 4 nights, ages 18 months to 64. The portable crib & high chair were wonderful to have. Very nice touches for kids - even a selection of books and toys! We had twin 7-year-olds that enjoyed having television, good internet and lots of new (to them) books available. The house is set up nicely with some great tech features. However we were not always able to take advantage of them, perhaps due to losing power & controls not resetting. The first night we were there, we had to spend an hour in the hallway with a mattress & pillows during the severe weather. This family from Wisconsin is not used to homes without basements! Lost power for about 12 hours and some large branches down. Backyard was under water. Lots of nice touches throughout the house. Bedding should be updated - fitted sheets don’t have any elastic left on at least 2 beds & kept coming off. When we arrived the shower doors in the master suite were off the track & there was a wasp nest in the wreath on the front door. The host promptly had it taken care of the next day. Location was convenient to downtown during normal times. Once the storm damage occurred however, driving anywhere took forever due to downed trees and most traffic lights not working. Even 4 days later, most traffic lights were not functioning…must be a Texas thing 😏 Overall a nice value for a family. Great to be able to visit family in Dallas & even have them over for dinner.
