4 bedrooms 3 full baths directly across the street from the beach in the most desirable north end of town. House comes with a full driveway (up to 5 cars), an outdoor shower, grill, outdoor seating, 4 beach badges, and beach chairs for tenants use.

Downstairs has open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Also has a bedroom with two bunk beds and trundle beds, a full bathroom, washer/dryer and back mud room. Second floor has a master queen bedroom with balcony and full bath, two more bedrooms each with queen beds that share a full hallway bathroom. House sleeps 12.
