Incredible Beachfront Home

This classic beachfront house has been beautifully restored and updated - maintaining its authentic beach house feel. Incredible oceanfront views, sunrises, watching surfers from your deck. We've tried to think of everything - Cedar outdoor shower with dry closet area, roomy ocean-front deck with huge stainless steel grill and lots of outdoor seating. Commercial ice machine, beverage ‘fridge, and margarita maker behind the sunroom bar. Keurig coffee machine with espresso capabilities. Individually controlled AC in each bedroom. Sonos wireless speakers you can control from your smart-phone to stream XM Radio or Pandora, 4 TVs, Netflix, WiFi, Central Vacuum, Laundry Room, ironing board. Everything you need for a great family week at the shore.

* Minimum Age for Rentals is 28 Years Old unless you are a Family with Children * BYO Linens - blankets, sheets, pillow cases, towels. Service available upon request.

We were looking for a place to stay with our kids for the Thanksgiving holiday, and this home couldn’t have been better. We’ve never been to the Jersey Shore, and we were captivated with the community and the beautiful beach. The towns nearby offer plenty of options for dining and shopping. The house is cozy and has all of the amenities we were looking for. Would love to return, maybe when it’s warmer!

Family Weekend

We travelled from Texas to NJ for a surprise 75th birthday party for my MIL. This property was PERFECT for our family! The home was EXACTLY as listed and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the location was top notch even despite the fog on the first day! Our family really enjoyed our mini beach getaway while in NJ.

The beach house location is perfect and the house is spotless with everything you need to eat in and never have to leave the oceanfront. Mike and Tracey are wonderful hosts.

Beach front family R&R

Our family had the best time! The home was immaculately clean, and you cannot beat the location, ON THE BEACH! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect bike bath for the kids directly in front of the house. The beach was well maintained and nothing beats the sound of the waves crashing while sitting having your morning coffee or dinner on the deck with family in the evening! I would highly recommend. Thanks for the memories, we hope to get back and visit again!

The beach home was cozy and comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door and on vacation as soon as we stood in the porch and looked out at the sand and sea. Wonderful location. We all enjoyed ourselves very much! We had everything we needed and then some.

Cousins reunion

Our family grew up going to Whiting Beach specifically, so this was the perfect location for us. Love being closer to the inlet. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and an inside and outside table with lots of room. We had a great time on the sand by the water and the house. You want a beach time, you have it here!

Perfect Beach Vacation

If you enjoy the beach, you will love this house. You walk straight through to a sun room which expands out to a deck. It continues to a front yard of beach chairs in the sand even before entering the Manasquan beach. It has all new appliances with a large BBQ to meet all your cooking needs. We enjoyed watching the surfers and hope to make it an annual trip.

Exceeded Expectations

Mike was responsive and helpful. The home is very well equipped with everything necessary for a highly enjoyable visit (with the exception of linens). While one of the original bungalows in Manasquan, dwarfed by most neighbors, the house is very well furnished and feels like a warm comfortable home. Upgrades to the home are first class. Fireplace is awesome.We will be back!

Mike and his home is everything we wanted. Mike was super attentive to each of our needs. the house is obviously in a perfect location but the amenities are just great. we have been renting for a few years and this house just checks every box. FRONT DECK, LOUNGING AREA. UPDATED KITCHEN, CLOSE TO BEACH. great neighbors. it was a well needed vacation. thanks again Mike. see you next year.

You will feel as though you are ON the beach

This classic beach bungalow is an amazing place to stay -- with lovely surprises like being able to see the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sitting on the front porch watching the waves is simply delightful. The house is well stocked and super clean, and even provided space for real privacy. Communications with the host were excellent, and they went above and beyond in service while we were there. In short, this fabulous house is a little magical.

Very charming property by the beach

The property is older but the amenities are all remodeled and it had enough beds for a large family like ours ! Lots of little thoughts that make you feel at home (coffee and tea and a couple wine bottles were already there). The property is very charming. The owner clearly put a lot of work into the technology. TV and cable and internet all effective and available. The beach was beautiful and definitely you get a return on investment on the sunny days where it's not raining. The neighborhood has everything one needs. Would absolutely recommend.

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live on the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the high-end features which make it a comfortable space for friends and family.

What makes this property unique

OCEANFRONT. The beach is our front yard. What else can you ask for? We love just sitting on the beachfront deck with a cool drink, watching the boats & surfers and listening to the waves.
