Welcome to your home away from home. Our cozy and family friendly 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom junior suite condo will provide you with a blend of luxury and comfort. The 2nd bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig, full size in-unit washer & dryer, private balcony, free internet & cable, and flat-screen TVs in every room.

The Palms of Destin is minutes away from white sand beaches and a complimentary beach shuttle is available seasonally. The shuttle will take you to Henderson State Park ($2 required state park fee per person), June Decker Beach, Destin Commons, and the Harborwalk Village. There is free covered parking for 2 vehicles. Upon check in, the front desk will provide a welcome package with parking passes and a key card to access the building, garage, fitness center, playground, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, and other amenities. There is so much to do, you won’t want to leave the resort! Access to all these amenities are included in your reservation with no additional fee.

The Palms of Destin has the largest lagoon pool (11,000 square foot), spacious lounge area, waterfalls, walking bridges, heated pool, children’s splash pad, zero entry pool, spacious hot tub, and a poolside restaurant and bar.

There are also many fantastic restaurants down the street such as the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Joe’s Crab Shack, Ruth Chris’s Steakhouse, and Jasmine Thai. For activities there is Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill, Harborwalk Village, and Henderson Beach State Park to enjoy the grill areas. There is free wine tasting at Emerald Coast Wine Cellars. Walmart is within walking distance for anything you need.

Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. There is a minimum age of 24 years old to rent this property and an ID is required at check-in.

Complementary Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towel, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, and coffee pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

We provide a set of towels for each guest and we provide beach towels. Daily housekeeping service is not included. The condo will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning the condo during their stay and for leaving the condo in good condition at check out. Please maintain the cleanliness of this condo as if it were your own. If the condo is found abnormally dirty at check out, you may be subject to additional cleaning charges. Smoking of any sort inclusive of Vapes, Marijuana and E-Cigarettes is not allowed in the condo and on the balcony. Doing so will result in a $1,000 fine. There are designated smoking areas around the property. Pets, boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted. The contents in the locked owner's closet are not included in the use of this condo.
