Perfect getaway

Lovely vacation

My husband and I came for a last minute fall getaway and it was a beautiful condo. Very clean, beautiful beach front and felt at home. Great communication with everyone. Will come back to this condo for certain.

Paradise

Beautiful location if you want to relax, enjoy the gulf and walk the beach. The 6th floor condo was truly a plus with private seating out the door wall to take in the water views and the fantastic sunsets. Definitely will go back - could have stayed longer!!!

Great place to stay

We had a pleasant stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean and the ability to just walk a short distance to the pool or beach was great. Stewby's across the road is good eats. If you need to have the latest fixtures, marble countertops, etc this isn't the place for you. If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet place to enjoy your beach vacation then this is your place.

Beautiful clean condo with stunning views

We fell in love with Okaloosa Island and can’t wait to return. The condo was very nice. We would definitely stay at this condo again if just the 3 of us. Very clean, nice balcony view of beach and pier, < 15 min walking distance to boardwalk. Highly recommend this unit.

Winter getaway

The unit was clean and fresh. The view from the living area and balcony was so relaxing. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach. The description was spot on. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding!

This was a spring break getaway to our favorite beach. We have always loved Waterscape but wanted a better view of the ocean this visit. This unit had a perfect view. The condo itself was very clean and perfect for our family. We will absolutely book this condo again in the future. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay.

Cleaniness

Upon arrival, condo was very clean and well decorated. The aroma was very clean and fresh! TV was on with music playing. That was nice. Everything was as listing described and we had a great time. This was our 4th stay at Gulf Dunes and we always have a wonderful time.

Clean!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in what can only be described as the cleanest condo I’ve ever experienced! The new furniture added a fresh and modern touch, making the condo feel both inviting and luxurious. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. One of the highlights was the straight-on view of the beach. The large balcony with new balcony furniture was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, this condo exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a spotless, well-appointed getaway with stunning beach views, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

It was very nice. Just one procedural matter which was no problem after speaking with property manager. Bathroom shower could use an update to a walk-in. I would definitely go back.

Labor Day Getaway!

The property was amazing. It was updated and had everything we asked for. The view was amazing. The unit was easily accessible to the beach and parking was super convenient. We were close to eateries and activities. We will try to secure this same condo on our next visit. We did not want to leave! Thanks!!!!!

I’ve stayed in over a dozen condos from Orange Beach to Ft Meyers. This was the cleanest, great size and most well laid out condo I’ve seen. This is the place to stay

Great location, excellent view!

Cute little condo with an amazing view of the beach! White sand and emerald waters abound! Stewby's (the greatest fast-casual seafood restaurant in the world!) is literally right across the street, so you can walk to lunch and dinner every day (lol - we just seriously eat there a lot any time we go to Ft. Walton/Okaloosa Island). Condo has been renovated cutely, just seems there might be a little more work to be done. Management was VERY quick to respond to our queries, even on a holiday.
