You may want to start your day on the balcony, off the bedroom suites, enjoying your quiet time and the spectacular sunrise. Then, choose from a myriad of activities, including but not limited to: golf, fishing,, shopping, sightseeing, fitness room, water sports, or maybe just curled up in your two COMPLEMENTARY (March-October) beach chairs and umbrella with a good book and a cold drink. After dinner, back to the wraparound main balcony for a magnificent sunset. Just visualize the blue-green water lapping up onto the pristine, sugary sand beach, as the sun sets over the horizon exploding into an assortment of colors in the sky.

At the end of the day, your mind will turn to the very comfortable King-sized beds in both Host and Guest bedroom suites. Lie down and relax with the side-door open wide to the gentle cadence of the waves coming ashore, just a hundred feet from the privacy of your additional bedroom balcony.

Pelican Isle is located two miles down Santa Rosa Boulevard, a divided four-lane, no outlet road. This “cul-de-sac” section of Okaloosa Island is only one-half mile wide with the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Santa Rosa Sound to the north. It truly is quiet and serene. You will be mesmerized by the picturesque 270-degree panorama from the top-floor PENNHOUSE. If you’re up for the action of Destin, it is a mere 10 minute drive from your 2 reserved, covered parking spots.

From the seventh-floor PENNHOUSE balconies, you see the sky-blue horizon, clear emerald water, and sugary sand beaches as they stretch Westward and Eastward, beyond the Okaloosa Island pier. With the naked eye you can watch playful dolphins in the surf or watch leisurely beach activities. From the expansive wrap-around corner balcony, you can view spectacular sunrises AND sunsets. For convenience, the living room has south AND east entrances onto the Gulf-Front balcony.

The lively Caribbean colors on Pelican Isle's exterior extend right into our PENNHOUSE. You will feel as though you have been transported to luxurious South Beach except that the Okaloosa Island Beach is more magnificent!!

Our professionally-decorated condominium has upgraded furniture, with King beds in the Host Suite AND the 2nd Guest Suite, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the Living Area. Children love the additional adult-size bunk beds. There are LED TVs, multimedia players, and ceiling fans in every room. All appliances including FULL-SIZE washer & dryer are conveniently in the unit.

Our condominium is one of two units having the larger floorplan. This design is especially suited for longer occupancy with comfort in mind and includes many amenities. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal or just a quick snack for the beach. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient office with desk, side-drawers, chair, power and accessory outlets, and that just adorable PENNHOUSE view!
