Private washer/dryer in unit. Easily accessible via private elevator - no stairs to climb or hauling of luggage!

NO adjacent high-rise buildings = NO overcrowded beach! One of our favorite perks of this central location is always being able to find a prime spot on the beach even during peak rental season :)

As close as you can get to the beach/ocean & convenient to many of Ocean City's top attractions - BUT far north enough to avoid the heavy beach crowds of the lower streets. Close to OC's famous $3 a day bus route - once you are parked you never have to drive again during your vacation!

The view is worth it!

The wrap around deck and view of the ocean was our favorite part. We spent every morning and evening on the deck. The place was clean, extremely well stocked which was a wonderful change. Not worrying about paper products, or ziplock bags makes such a difference when you are on vacation. They had everything we needed.

Amazing stay

My husband and I stayed here after dropping our daughter off at college. The property offered beautiful and relaxing views. We saw many pods of dolphins on a daily basis. The property was very clean and had all needed necessities for our stay. The hostess was available to answer all questions and was quick to respond! I hope that we can get back to stay often. Highly recommended

Beautiful views!

Owners did a very nice job renovating this property. New paint, floors, and nice sectional in main sitting room with charging ports for phones and recliners. Views from the main sitting are are gorgeous, although the side looks at the next building do you sort of feel like a fish bowl. Back 2 rooms also look at a building. Bathrooms were dated. Overall very nice place to catch some ocean views!

What makes this property unique

This unique property features a massive wraparound balcony that has both covered and uncovered areas for outdoor enjoyment no matter the weather. The mid-town location is awesome for avoiding the heavy crowds and bustle of the lower streets, yet very convenient to all the best restaurants and attractions in OC. And with no high rise condominiums nearby, our section of beach is never too crowded to find a prime spot in the sand.
