Welcome to a safe and quiet Home!


This brand new Bellacosa smart home with 4 bed & 3 bath, 2 car enclosed garage with a remote control features a beautiful Lakefront backyard with patio located in Shenandoah area a family friendly community in east Baton Rouge.

free highspeed wifi with all full sized appliances and fully equipped and full sized bed, bath, kitchen, laundry rooms with a 2 cars garage and 2 cars in driveway. This home boasts 2150 sqft and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Home is easy access to I-10 and I-12.
3 minutes to Celebrity Theaters, restaurants, Wal-mart, Albertsons market. Library is near by. 6 minutes to Forest community park.
7 miles to Perkins Rowes and the Mall of La
13 miles to LSU tiger stadium, 15 miles to downtown Baton Rouge.No pool is available in the winter season.

My sister family came into town for our niece wedding and the property was excellent. Communication with check in/check was easy. Property has Community pool and play area. Will be great for a summer stay.
