Outdoor fun continues with a putting area, 60 ft bocce ball court, cornhole, horseshoes and lots of room to run around our 2.5 acre property.

Connected to the pool and outdoor dining area is our light-filled living space with full kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 12 plus there are 3 spots at the kitchen counter and 3 more at our bar-height table in the back (which also serves as a USB connected laptop workstation). The 70-inch smart TV is internet-connected and ready to stream your favorite channels such as Netflix. The kitchen is a joy to use with its unique granite countertops natural gas cooktop, built-in water/ice refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps up to 15 people with 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 sleeper sofas.

The primary suite is appointed with a king bed, large TV, a fireplace, massive closet, and direct pool/patio access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes a double onyx vanity and a walk-in two-person rain shower with three shower heads.

The second suite has a king bed, smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV and courtyard view. An adjacent full bath provides added convenience.

The casita has two queen beds, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Cook outdoors in your tropical resort-like oasis -- the courtyard includes a built-in gas grill, a sit-up bar, and a covered alfresco dining area that seats up to 8 people. Creating ambience in this outdoor patio dining area is easy with our double burner natural gas firepit feature. Guests who wish to use the firepit will be billed extra for gas expenses.

The one-of-a-kind pool begs you to swim behind the 10-foot tall waterfall into the grotto (cave) behind it. It also has powerful swim jets which provide resistance for continuous swimming exercise or simply keep the water moving for more fun. The pool is heated by both solar and gas heaters and stays refreshingly cool in the summer months. Guests who wish to use gas to heat the pool pay actual gas expenses.

Soak in the large, raised whirlpool spa or practice your putt on our putting green.

Our 60-ft bocce ball court pulls extra duties as a playing ground for horseshoes or cornhole which are provided.

The lush grounds are home to dozens of varieties of cacti, palms, vines and flowering plants. The 2.5 acres of private solitude is perfect for a quiet walk to look up at the black sky and brilliant stars or for hosting your group event: weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, and so on. Event planning assistance is available upon request.

Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles with additional parking out back, weather permitting.

This home can be used for parties/weddings/receptions but must respect a 10pm noise curfew. There is no maximum allowable occupancy, but the home is only outfitted for 15 people. Noise violations will result in guest fines up to $1,000.

Rather than add a flat pool heat fee, renters pay actual costs of natural gas for pool heat, firepit and fireplaces. In that way, you decide how much you want to use and it's fair for all.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
