Welcome to Villa Amelita, City ID#3717. Set at the base of the mountains in the beautiful Little Tuscany neighborhood, Villa Amelita is your private sanctuary, minutes from downtown Palm springs. The views are truly majestic. Practice your golf game on our brand new professionally designed putting green! Walking distance to Palm Canyon's uptown design district, this unique property is set on well over half an acre and boosts over 3600 square feet of living space. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, including the detached casita. The bedrooms flow out to the gorgeous exterior via the French doors which open onto private patios. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with a Palm Springs metro modern vibe! The open plan kitchen features an enormous center island made of quartz. High end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and a huge farmhouse sink will delight the most discerning chef. The dining and living area flow seamlessly from the kitchen and are accentuated by 2 fireplaces framed with stacked brick. Vaulted ceilings and French doors add to the already spacious living areas. Each bedroom in the main house has direct patio access via French doors and its own private bathroom. You will not want to leave Villa Amelita!!

All guests are subject to City ordinance governing vacation rentals. No parties are permitted. 10 guest maximum plus 2 children under 12 years. No music is permitted outdoors at any time nor can it be heard from the property line.
Per City ordinance primary renter is required to sign rental agreement and provide government issued picture ID prior to check in. All adult guests are required to sign city issued statement of rules.

Pool/spa heating is not mandatory and charge may be removed upon request

This place is great. Perfect location for walking into Downtown and for dinners. The pool setup is beautiful with some shade all day. Clean and comfy all around. Lots of room. This is the second time we have stayed and will stay again. Only comment: the hot tub could be warmer - especially on a windy day. Thanks again!

Outdoor pool and jacuzzi area was beautiful, peaceful and a perfect haven for family of ten. Bedroom setup also perfect for multigeneration, two families. And kitchen was wonderfully stocked and dining area perfect. The house was cozy and had perfect flow. The setting, neighborhood and proximity to downtown Palm Springs worked out great! Communication with Clare was very good and she responded quickly to questions. We look forward to returning.

the outdoor wood deck is in need of repair. Uneven surfaces and exposed nails make deck shoes a must. Steps leading out of the house onto the deck are difficult to see and led to several near falls - up and down. Some yellow tape on the edge would be a great help.

Amazing location-All of our needs met!

This was a family (6 sisters/cousins) get together, we travel to a different location each year. We loved the house, kitchen and all of the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub and patio were amazing. Location was great also Regina the house manager was top notch-so attentive to every request.

Perfect family getaway

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The chaise lounges, hammock chairs, furniture, and beds were all super comfortable. There were plenty of communal areas and a huge kitchen for family gatherings and meals. Noise didn’t carry easily throughout the house or between rooms so folks slept in or arose early as they pleased. Everyone had a wonderful and relaxing time. We would love to stay in this home again!

Fabulous back yard!

The back yard is fantastic! The view of the mountains, the pool, hot tub, putting green, natural gas fire pit, corn hole, outside dinning in the shade with overhead fan, grill/kitchen area, lots of seating through out the whole backyard. All 5 bedrooms have its own bathroom and outside access (4 of the bedrooms accessible to the pool and backyard). Back yard also has natural shade and beautiful flowers and humming birds. Loved it!!

Our family of 4 (2 kids, 9 and 11) live in Los Angeles. My husband is from France and I am from Ireland. We fell in love with this property the minute we saw it! The views were incredible and we loved the huge private garden where all we can see are the trees and the mountains. Being in Little Tuscany, the property had a sort of Tuscan modern vibe, which we loved. The huge open kitchen was a real show stopper and the style was so unique and different from other properties we had seen. We loved the fact that we can be in town in minutes and even take the Buzz trolley which stops 5 minutes away. We came up with the name Villa Amelita from a combination of our daughter's middle name (Amelie) and our son's name (Liam). We hope our guests enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do!!
