The property was amazing! But we experienced some minor maintenance issues while staying. The AC wasn’t working well in the primary bedroom for the first few days and it was quite warm. The property manager did send someone out to fix it and it was better after that. The motorized retractable awning in the backyard was also in need of repair. On the last day the AC wasn’t working at all on the main floor. Other than these minor issues, I cannot recommend this villa enough. Great location. Excellent property manager and housekeeper. Incredible view!

My husband and I had an incredible stay. The outside living space is exceptional with beautiful views of the ocean. We will be back! My only feedback is the washer and dryer advertised in this villa is not available unless you pay for it when housekeeping comes to clean. This was disappointing because we packed based on thinking we had unlimited access to a washer and dryer.

It’s Perfect

My family and I recently had an incredible 4 days at Villa Juluca Blu and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private luxury getaway. The location is perfect with some of the most beautiful views on the island.

This was such a beautiful place right on the water and so close to town and many restaurants. 10/10 I’d stay here again. It was my honeymoon and of course I got sick but the 5 days we were here was absolutely wonderful. Romez was awesome as well always a text away if we needed anything. Kim was awesome and always responded quickly with communication before we had arrived.

What an amazing property

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful property! 3 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms; pool was incredible with stunning views of the sea; walkable to grocery store and restaurants. Romez was such a sweet point of contact. We had such a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay in SXM! The house was perfect - the location was great with walking distance to restaurants and groceries. The view was just amazing and the pool was great and private - it was hard to leave! Check-in was easy with Romez meeting us with keys and instructions. Everything worked as expected and we had no issues. Definitely looking forward to a return trip!

Family trip to St Maarten

The villa was amazing and perfect for our family of 5. Great location right by a beautiful beach. The property manager was very responsive. All in all a wonderful trip.

Stunning Oceanfront Oasis

This was a beautiful, clean and stylish villa on the ocean with a lovely atmosphere. We loved the villa and it’s situated next to a small marina with restaurants and a grocery in walking distance. The VIP service was fantastic and they stocked our fridge. The outdoor spaces were dreamy! Everything you would love about a visit to the islands!!

Awesome Location

This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.

Amazing Villa

The pictures don't do this villa justice! We have been to St Martin about 30 times, but this was our first stay at this villa. Kim, the host, and the property manager were excellent, promptly responded at all times. Can't say enough good things about this villa, we will ABSOLUTELY be back!

there was no beach at property ocean and rocks only the view was stunning and house very nice but not new shows wear of being a rental house worst thing was no air conditioner in 1 of 3 bedrooms owner and manager did not seem surprised this should have been checked and corrected however they said "sleep in the other room"they assumed we were 2 couples which we were not and told us that the high rental price only covered 2 bedrooms! then when we asked for a small reimbursement for the nights of no AC they told us we could get out . they fixed the ac on day 4 with an incomplete clean up they locked the laundry room initially although it said access in ad . when we left we went through house with manager to make sure all was fine and videoed it with the idea that the owners would claim damage and they did no wonder this house was still available just several weeks before Chrismas

Beautiful Unit

We were only two staying here. A couple of miscommunications regarding maid service and arrival, but all in all a good experience. Beautiful unit with a beautiful view of the sunset. Romez was very helpful in setting up reservations for us and arranging car.

The villa was beautiful, especially the bedrooms, comfy beds and pillows, and outside furniture, with a wonderful view and a nice beach for snorkeling. I gave it a 4 because at this luxury price I’d expect perfection and that was lacking: much better dinnerware ( all melamine) and glasses. Short on cereal bowls ( only 1). Pool chairs were rusty. No access to washing/ drying machines that were in the garage. Cleaning lady was supposed to come every other day but came only once during the 10 days stay ( she came the day before we left because I complained 2 days before that). The front door is broken and impossible to fully open or close. It was not repaired. An electric metal shade was broken and was not repaired until day 4. None of this clouded the beautiful stay, but I felt I wanted some of my mi ey back.

Amazing Sunsets! Very Quiet and Safe!

7 amazing Sunsets! Very safe with security guards and fencing. Ocean is so close but the ocean was extremely rough that week so we did not attempt to go in at this location. Easy 15-20 min walk to Mullet Bay beach with great access to swim. Fat Tony’s and Danny’s beach bar are a must. Villa is across the street from Carrefour for groceries and some decent restaurants. The Villa is very nice and the pool is amazing. The beds were too hard for our liking but we are Americans 😉. The kitchen is smaller and hard for two people to food prep but it works. The internet was very fast most of the time but we did experience outages at night. House manager is very responsive and friendly. Housekeeper is very nice and washer/dryer is an option to use. We loved our stay as it was our first time to the island. We will be back and next time we will rent a car.

The host Kim and property manager Romez were great. Support staff Nick and housekeeper Denise were wonderful.Property and location just beautiful. Villa was clean inside and out. Kitchen and appliances all in working condition and all utilities available. Great location with groceries and restaurants in walking distance. We will be back.

The home has beautiful views and the pool is a nice size. The furnishings are newer and overall visually appealing.That said, the property would benefit from additional maintenance. The bedrooms air conditioning was inconsistent, the shower heads were heavily clogged which affected water flow, and hot water availability was limited. The kitchen dishes were plastic and the utensils showed rust; we didn’t mind purchasing our own since we had hired a chef for several meals, but it’s worth noting for future guests. We tried to use the oven to make a pizza and the door handle fell completely off. Fortunately we were able to purchase tools and reattach the handle.There was also a large ceiling leak in the primary bedroom that dripped onto clothing. The host and property contact responded quickly when notified, which we appreciated, though the leak returned shortly before our departure.Given the location within a high-end community and the price point of the home, the overall level of upkeep felt below expectations. Based on our prior stays within Shorepointe, this property appeared to be maintained to a lower standard than other homes in the area. Regardless of the issues, we are always thankful for our time on the Island!
