Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the golf course from your back patio as you recharge for a fun day at the River. With a launch ramp next door at needles Marina or minutes from Jack Smith, and a beach just steps away, all your river desires come true! You'll find everything you need to relax after some fun in the sun. This beautiful family neighborhood is a prefect retreat you can enjoy with family and friends. If you want to venture out we are located exactly in the middle between Laughlin and Lake Havasu on the Colorado River. If you have never stayed in Rio Buena Vista you're missing out! Boating, golfing, gambling, relaxing? Yes, its all here!!

Great home on the golf course

Comfortable 3 bedroom home fully stocked with everything you would need. Great to be able to use the garage with an extra refrigerator. Pretty view on the golf course. Carmen and Edwin are great!!

We love the river, have been coming here with our friends and family for years. When we weren't at the river we just couldn't wait to come back. We followed our heart and purchased a vacation home. We didn't want to be selfish, so we thought we would share it with all of you.

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood feel of the Rio Buena Vista community, every one is very friendly and looks out for each other. Our neighbors are kind and friendly people. The close proximity to launch ramps at Needle Marina and Jack Smith are a huge plus for us. We love sitting out on the patio and enjoying our morning coffee as we enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course. With the river just a short walk away with our own private community beach, we just couldn't resist this home and we just know that you will enjoy it just as much as we do, just wish would would have found it sooner!
