Every room has been updated with new floors, new paint, and new fixtures. You'll have the entire property to yourself, with plenty of room to enjoy gorgeous Arizona sunsets and twinkling night skies. From the porch you can see cactus and palm trees, plus roadrunners, hummingbirds, and wild burros. Enjoy the quiet and the peace that's unique to the desert Southwest.

Laughlin, Lake Havasu City, and the Colorado River are all a short drive away.

River Vacation Home

We have some close friends in Golden Shores with a home that we typically stay at but when the whole family comes, dogs included, we decided to get a VRBO that is close. We couldn't be happier with the choice. This Rental checked all our boxes. (Great AC, clean, comfortable beds, a closed in yard for the dogs, great view across the street of the desert and to let the dogs run, huge parking area for boat and trailer.) We will rent again in the near future. Thanks Dan and Sue!

Surprised!

He has Son and I have booked last minute as we had two for this home a couple other times. And both times were a large disappointment to us on other apps and this one. We were both very nervous driving to this place as we were very tired and had had a long week at work and really wanted to get a good nights rest. When we walked in, everything was clean fresh And stocked with what we needed. The owner was very hospital and responsive with our needs truly recommend this property. Oh and another plus is if you are an ATV rider there’s an awesome track right across the street.
