The Loft offers the best experience here in Omaha. Nestled in the beautiful Midtown Neighborhood, this courtyard Oasis will give you an unforgettable experience! You’ll find inspiration, relaxation and rejuvenation. Your stay will leave you in awe and wonder.

We are just a short 10 minute drive to virtually anywhere in town (Aksarben, Black Stone, Midtown Crossing, Downtown, CHI Health Center, and the College World Series Baseball Field). There is no better place to stay in Omaha!

Enjoy your very own Courtyard Oasis experience in solitude. Surrounded with a beautiful oak fence, you will have the privacy to enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, a fireplace, and a hot tub to complete your experience. Whether you’re a night owl or an early morning riser, the outdoor lighting will make your experience.

The original bungalow, single-family home has a great addition that we have created into the #1 place in Omaha to stay. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, king-sized bed, all-in-one washer & dryer, and ambient lighting!

As you approach the property you can park facing North on south 57th St, by the exterior stairs surrounded by trees. As you go up the stairs you will see the gate with a sticker on it, you’ll be able to enter the gate to step into the Oasis. Follow the path towards the covered porch.

The front door is secured through the smart lock using a code that will be given to you a few days before your stay.

The owner lives next door in the front house; he has two kids and we love our guests, but won't say more than hi unless you are feeling like a nice talk. We will respect your space and keep our distance, might migrate to the front yard if we overlap, but will always make sure you know this is your home.

The owner has 2 children under 4 years old and a small amount of crying might be heard through the door every once in a while. A hallway connects both units and sound control have been taken into consideration, but there is always a chance, and is part of the sensory experience :)

We are always improving so let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable.

We had a great stay at The Loft! Everywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes or less away. We visited with my 15-month-old, and there was plenty of space for his pack 'n play.

Checking in was perfect. Very private, no hassle. Cozy living room and kitchen helps with saving money on eating out. Ice maker in freezer was perfect for our cooler. Couch is perfect for just two and king size bed is very roomy. Shower could use improvement. Hot tub was great, though not customizable for those who like it hotter. Intro video made by owners would be more helpful if done more concisely. Overall, the atmosphere is very lovely and the location perfect. If you are wanting a cozy, intimate and private getaway with easy access to Omaha, this is much better than a hotel stay for sure.

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for our wedding. It was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great for us, we could get most places in 15 min or less. Elmwood park is also very close and an amazing park. The hosts were kinda and respectful! We enjoyed our stay!

Great little oasis

We enjoyed the two evenings staying at this listing. It was perfect for the two of us and a great location close to our daughter. The fam upstairs was a great touch as it was pretty warm last weekend. We didn’t use many of thar extra amenities cut it was nice to have that option if we wanted to. Love the chickens!

Property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for baseball, so we weren’t at the house all the much. But when we were we really enjoyed the outdoor courtyard area. House was clean. My only critique was that it was pretty warm on arrival, but the AC cooled it down quickly.

I showed up to the property and was told the door code through a screen window. When I entered the home there was food on the floor and table, the trash hadn’t been taken out or the fridge cleaned out. Dirty dishes in the sink, used towels in the bathroom, the bedding hadn’t been taken off from the previous guest, etc. When I alerted the property owner of this he admitted that he was not expecting my stay that night and gave me new sheets to put on the bed.
