It really is the best view of the Smokies!

We stayed for a week for a vacation get away. The view was spectacular, the place was cozy, and it was close to some little gems for food. Close to downtown but far away from all the bustle to be able to relax. The beds were not really comfortable. But everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible

When I arrived some people were already at the room they gave me too stay at. I called the office and everyone that works there for I can see what’s happening with my reservation and they wouldn’t answer. I had to stay in my car for hours waiting on someone to pick up. All in all terrible experience.
