Disneyland

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo for our Disneyland vacation. The condo is super clean, safe and quiet. There is plenty of parking and is well lit. It has all the basic necessities you need plus more. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacay

Our firdt time using the app. Victoria was great to deal with. The place worked great for us and was nice with the BBQ pit. It was close to anything we did Disney, Ducks game etc. Would definitely recommend staying here great woth our toddler!

Good location

Everything was really good, my one and only complaint is you can smell pot coming from some of the vents. Otherwise it was an enjoyable time.

Great Extended Stay from Michigan

A historic complex close to restaurants, beach, Disney, golf courses, Universal, Costco and Target. The unit accommodated our needs for a 7 week stay. We appreciated the start up supplies like coffee, dishwashing tabs, laundry detergent, etc. A definite plus was having the washer and dryer in the unit. There was a pool, hot tub and grill right out our front door. There is more than adequate parking at the complex.The owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had. ENJOYABLE STAY!

Style Over Substance

It had lovely finishes, was spacious and was very clean. However, it lacked dishwashing pods (there was 1 in the linen closet), the trundle bed was broken and never fixed during our stay (we were there over a week), the dishwasher and trash disposal did not work, there was only one tea towel to dry dishes and no extra toilet paper.

Great Location - Photos in Listing are mis-leading

This was a great property, nice poolside apartment. Clean and easy to find and access. Make sure you are aware that the facilities at Los Cabelleros are not included. We chose this spot because we love to play pickleball and there were courts on site. Based on the pictures they look like they would be available. Much to our disappointment there was a $35/day/person to use them. We found other places to play but would have liked to have known up front that the courts (tennis/pickleball) and Olympic pool were not included in the vrbo cost. This is listed now but is not prominent in advertisement. Otherwise, all was well.

Rundown, broken property!!!

Rundown property, kitchen sink backed up numerous times and leaked under the sink for days. Fridge in kitchen would turn off constantly and we would wake up with our food getting warm. Amenities listed are not accurate, you have to pay for a daily pass for gym. We stayed 15 nights and were only left 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper. T.v. controller did not work, so you cant watch t.v. on demand. I even went to the store and replaced the batteries in the t.v. controller myself. Still didnt work properly. We had 2 nights left and were offered a different place to stay. It was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. Could not move because we were at amusement parks with kids late at night. It wasn't worth repacking all of our belongings and move for a night. I asked for a little refund to help make up for all of the inconveniences, but I was ignored and property owner never responded. 🙃 I would highly recommend you STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

weekend getaway

a quick getaway enabled my gf and i to live a little and spend quality time with each other to the fullest. the property was great and the instruction from the vrbo owner was detailed when the day came for check in. id say the only thing i would have to point out is that it was on the third level as it was listed but like the other reviews it was an annoyance that there were no elevators seen around the complex to get up there. all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect for US!

Nice property & well taken care of. We have family who live in the same complex, so this made it PERFECT for us! Be prepared to walk up steps, as property is on 3rd floor. We didn’t mind. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi!

We stayed for 4 nights and were pleased with that place. Took us 20 minutes drive to the Disneyland and 20 minutes drive to the Huntington Beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Appartment has everything needed for vacation stay. Easy and quick communication with the owner. My son enjoyed gym! Thank you!

Absolute nightmare

1. Her listing availablity was posted incorrect initially 2. She cancelled mine because she was double booked on another site 3. We adjusted dates and I booked for Saturday and confirmed TWICE by message it was okay for me to have early check in 4. I arrived and even messaged her before I arrived at midnight, no reply. 5. I stayed awake in the parking lot with a 6 year old for 4 hours from 4am-8am trying to contact by message, text, phone, the host and NO REPLY. 6. I gave up trying to contact her to get into the VRBO I paid for and went to get another hotel stay 7. She calls back around 930am, tells me the place I paid for was still occupied, offered to reimburse my Venmo or zelle, and she DID NOT do that. 8. Customer service was useless in trying to contact her or expedite my refund. Here I am on Monday trying to get refund, still.

Great spot for a weekend trip

The condo was very nice and clean. The community was quite. We didn't utilize any of the amenities, so can't give detail on those. Huntington Beach was actually about 18 minutes away, not 8 minutes. However, we were okay with that. The only downfall is that the parking is not the best/most convenient as you have to walk a little ways to get to the condo, so it made it more difficult. Also, this condo is located on the third floor, which isn't always appealing to people when the only way is stairs. Overall though, it was a great place for the weekend trip.
