Overall, great experience staying here! Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very prompt to answer any questions we had. We did have an issue with drain flies in one of the bathrooms, as well as a towel rack that broke when one of us tried to use it. Additionally, there were a couple of items that could have been cleaner such as the bathroom vents. No major issues and definitely nothing that would prevent staying here again or recommending to others. The location is also fantastic and perfect for getting to downtown Savannah. We all enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful, spacious property and Tybee Rentals was incredibly communicative and responsive! Location was perfect too, walking distance from everything.

My girlfriend's and I stayed here for our 2023 girl's trip and the place was gorgeous, convenient, clean, spacious, close to everything...we had a wonderful weekend!
The property is recently remodeled with a nice deck and off-street parking. The neighborhood is undergoing gentrification, currently a mix of old and newly remodeled historic dwellings. The proximity to Forsyth Park and Trolley routes is great for exploring the historic downtown district.
We were in Savannah for wedding, great proximity to Forsyth Park, easy walking to most squares. It was a bit of a walk to river walk but the free Dot was wonderful to use for getting to river area. We used both of the condo upstairs and apartment on first level, super cute and very clean. They are doing remodeling on unit next door, but as we were gone much of day, it wasn’t a big deal. They did start @8am :) parking in front and 2 spaces in back, although it would be helpful to have a key for back door, if you park in back you can’t get in either unit. Not a super easy access if parking in back. Keyless entry for front door. But if you don’t plan to move/use a car it’s not a big deal. We absolutely loved the place. Lots of charm beautiful decorations, pictures are true to condo.
Overall the property was enjoyable to stay at. There were a few loose boards on the main level with some nails popping up from the floor boards. There is also a banister on the deck that is loose, which is a safety hazard. Also the tub doesn't drain super quick. Parking is a little tight, but we made it work with an SUV and Minivan.
Otherwise the property is close to Forsyth Park, couple of near by coffee shops and restaurants. Also just a short walk to get on the free bus down to the downtown area and riverwalk. It was good value for what we paid for it.
There is lots to do in the area. There are some places you might need reservations at (either tours or restaurants). There is a glassblowing class that is right next door that you should plan ahead if you want to attend.
We enjoyed our stay, juat wanted to bring attention to some of the small things on the property.
