Outdoors: Resort-style pool with swim-up bar, gazebo with charcoal grill & lights, 2 outdoor showers, lush tropical gardens with hidden nooks, meditation spots, and statues.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave the 4 gate fobs hanging. The main gate will open to exit automatically M-F 6am-6pm, you just need to get close. If leaving outside those hours, please message the host to open it for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet outdoor hours are from 10pm-8am. Feel free to play music and swim all night, just please be respectful of our neighbors.
We are in the foothills of the rainforest. Please keep all food covered or in the refrigerator at all times.
Please turn air conditioning off when leaving the property.

Why they chose this property

We chose to call this Villa home because it is breath-takingly beautiful! We are close to teal-water beaches, El Junque national rainforest, las Pailas natural water slides, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars... what else could we ask for! We get to listen to the coqui frogs sing us to sleep every night, and experience a set of peace I can only describe as "island magic."

What makes this property unique

Not many places in the world are so close to such a variety of activities. Within 10 minutes, you can get to the rainforest, or teal-water beaches, or natural waterslides and waterfalls. Or, you can use those 10 minutes to get to 60+ bars and restaurants, world-renowned golf course, nice casino, or beach-front party area. Of course, you could always choose to stay home and enjoy the sounds of the coqui, BBQ and swim in the private pool, or relax in the sauna.
