Just minutes from downtown Providence, colleges and universities, highway access, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, activities, malls, and many historic sites, etc. Plenty of parking and big fenced yard.

The property was nice, Bathrooms were a little tight. No central air, but the bedrooms had window units, so sleeping was ok. could have used some more cooking utensils.overall we had a nice stay.

Andrea was super easy to communicate with, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout was exactly what I was looking for, for a reunion of 3 adult couples, in a convenient location.

Great place to stay

We loved staying at this property! Super cute and lots of places to sleep. It was a short drive to Providence to grab food and go to a concert. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again =)

Everything was fantastic! Everything was super clean, the property owner was very thorough going over check in and check out instructions, the beds were comfy, and you just can’t beat the price! Very happy with our stay overall.

Cozy place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in RI. It should be noted that there is one full bathroom and the other bathroom is just a shower. We had 7 people and we were still able to make it work, but a second toilet would’ve been nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The house was perfect for our 5 day stay. Andrea was very prompt with any questions we had. Very clean, organized, and even my littles had a great time! There is a family that lives upstairs, but they kept to themselves and were quiet! I would rent again in the future! Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot for a quick stay

We were in town for a family baby shower. This place was the perfect location for the price. The beds were comfy and the cute tiny bathroom were just fine for us. We felt safe is this home check in was easy and the host was prompt in response. Shopping was just a cpl miles away which made it easy to grab the basics we needed for the quick overnight

Quiet and Beautiful Home

We were in town for our son's graduation. We were a short distance away from the university and within walking distance to many restaurants. The property manager was excellent with communication and their home was perfect for our stay. Thank you!

The perfect experience

Our stay with Andrea was exceptional from start to finish. We lost our lodging the day before a big wedding and When I sent the inquiry for the property, Andrea was there to save the day within the hour. She was very open about everything and even helped make accommodations to our stay while we were there. Andrea is everything you want out of a host with a beautiful property. I will be staying there again if I am ever in the area.
