The place is very clean and comfortable. The property is in a residential area and felt safe. It is a 3rd floor apartment with a lot of steps take that into consideration if mobility is an issue. We wish it would have had some living room space which would have been an issue if staying longer or spending more time in the unit but wasnt an issue for our stay this time. Bedrooms were very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. A nice touch with coffee and a Keurig available. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was very clean and had clearly been updated recently. Access to the apartment using electronic locks was convenient. Very comfortable overall, but seating/lounging options were a bit limited. The walk-up to the 3rd floor could be an issue for older renters. The apartment was quiet even though one side faced Baltimore Avenue. Our host Ivy was a very responsive and accommodating and replied promptly to any inquires or comments.The location was very convenient for getting into Center City using the T2 tram line right around the corner. While free 24 hr street parking is available nearby, it could be a bit tricky at times to find a spot.

Lovely accommocation in a quiet street

We had a very comfortable 2 nights stay when visiting Philadelphia for the first time. The accommodation and clean and modern. Parking was okay for us but has to be in nearby street. We used public transport to access city centre which was very easy. Thanks to the host for good communication and early access to the property

Delightful home base for a busy weekend!!

This property is SO comfy & cozy. Graduation stay

Booked the apartment for our daughters graduation from St Josephs. The apartment was fantastic. Very roomy, clean and quiet. I HIGHLY recommend ANY of Ivys apartments.

U Penn Graduation

Property was perfect for our stay. We took advantage of patronizing several local restaurants (Clarkville, Local 44, Gold Standard Cafe, etc.) We felt safe - super proximity to U Penn and strolls in Clarke Park. Ivy was easy to communicate with and we had a very enjoyable week!

Absolutely perfect

The space was perfect for our family. Ivy has thought of everything and you can tell much thought and love has gone into all the details. The space was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, and the space to spread out a bit was perfect. Easy to get around and newly remodeled, we highly recommend you stay here too! We enjoyed walking a few times nearby for meals, drove to downtown a few times, and explored U Penn. Perfect location.

Nice place outside of the city

Easy parking. Nice area and close proximity to a lot of stuff. My kids loved the room and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is that there were bugs in the sugar container. Wife recommended that instead of the sugar container to just use sugar packets.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean

We stayed with our teen aged and adult daughter and the place was roomy, clean and well-appointed. It was like staying in a large hotel suite, and even the beds were comfortable. We walked the neighborhood and ate at local places, and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit does not have a living room space, but we gathered on the cushy love seat and around the kitchen table. We would definitely stay again in the future.
