Come experience all the energy and fun at Desert Color while staying at Coconut Cove! This stunning condo is decked out with a beach theme, including usable paddleboards to take to the Lagoon with you. Throughout this unique rental, you’ll find three bedrooms, a loft area with more bunk beds, and a stunning rooftop patio deck that includes lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful cabana to escape from the sunshine.

If you love to stay at a place with lots to do close by, the Coconut Cove is going to be the perfect place for you! This adorable 3-bedroom condo features a main floor master suite, a grassy field just outside the front door, and a fully equipped kitchen. As you work your way up through the house, passing additional bedrooms as you go, you’ll find yourself ending at a rooftop deck with gorgeous views, plentiful sunshine, and stargazing at its finest. When you are ready to go check out the community resort, hop on one of the electric scooters (helmets provided) or carry over the paddleboards to enjoy the incredible Lagoon!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
