Very well-appointed and quiet condo near the Scottsdale Fashion Mall

We have stayed two separate visits here and it's very comfy and functional. The outdoor common area is sunny and relaxing. Cassandra has been an accommodating host and we appreciate a smooth stay.

Great condo in Scottsdale

My brother and I stayed here for a week of golfing. Location was central to great restaurants, etc. The four star on “listing accuracy” was because we expected the condo to have a laundry. There is one in the complex, but it is a pay laundry that requires you to download an app to make the payment. The app requires a deposit of $25 to start your account, so the laundry was of no use to us. Otherwise, it’s a great rental and I would stay here again. Cassandra answered every question promptly, and the place was the best stocked I’ve seen. Coffee, wine, snacks, and a full kitchen. We’ll be back next year.

Excellent location and well-appointed condo with outdoor space

This condo has a great layout and has tons of "extras" to make your stay simple and enjoyable - many provided items in the kitchen (coffee, creamer, spices, paper towels, snacks). Close enough to walk to the Fashion Mall, though the south and east parts of the mall are a trek. There are two nice outdoor patios, in addition to access to the pool area with tables and umbrellas. The host was responsive with a special request, which was appreciated. Will definitely stay here again!
