You're in South Scottsdale, a short walk or drive from Old Town's restaurants, bars, galleries, and nightlife. The Entertainment District is less than half a mile away. Scottsdale Fashion Square is half a mile. The San Francisco Giants Spring Training ballpark is a mile away. Three grocery stores — Safeway, Fry's, and Sprouts — are all within half a mile. Six popular golf courses are within 3 miles, and the Loop 101 freeway is a mile away for easy access to the rest of the Valley.
Old Town Scottsdale is walkable or a very short drive. Golf carts run through Old Town and offer cheap rides for evenings out. Ride-share is easy. Covered parking is included on-site. Loop 101 is a mile away for access to Phoenix, Tempe, and the rest of the Valley.

Arizona summers can be extremely warm. To help ensure reliable cooling, please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Lower temperature settings may cause the HVAC system's coils to freeze, resulting in temporary loss of cooling. Service calls required due to thermostat settings below 72°F may be charged to the guest.
Mail & Package Deliveries
Community regulations prohibit guest use of on-site mailboxes.
Packages may be delivered directly to the unit. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Starter Supplies
A starter supply of toiletries and household essentials is provided for your convenience. Guests staying for extended periods should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.
Community Pool & Spa Rules
The HOA strictly enforces pool and spa regulations. Any fines issued due to guest violations will be passed through to the responsible guest.
Please note:
• Pool and spa hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Guests may not allow access to individuals who are not staying in their unit.
• No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use within pool or spa areas.
• No glass containers permitted in pool or spa areas.
• Food and beverages must remain at least four feet from the pool or spa edge.
• Pool furniture and common areas may not be reserved.
• Please observe all posted community rules regarding safety, noise, and conduct.
House Rules
To help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
• No pets allowed.
• No parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations.
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property.
• No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Please respect neighbors and community regulations.
• Do not burn candles, incense, or other open flames.
• Lock doors whenever leaving the property.
• Follow all check-in and checkout instructions.
Fees & Violations
The following charges may apply:
• Lost remote control (TV, fan, or A/C): $100 each
• Smoking violation: $250
• Unauthorized late checkout: $50 per hour after 11:00 AM
• Unauthorized guests: $50 per person, per night
• Blocking or covering exterior security cameras: $250
