A bright, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in South Scottsdale, just minutes from Old Town, championship golf courses, spring training stadiums, and Scottsdale Fashion Square. King bed in the primary, queen in the second room. Private patio, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, and covered parking. Access to four community pools, hot tubs, BBQ grills, shuffleboard courts, and gazebos throughout the complex. Professionally managed with 24/7 support.
A bright, open-plan 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a private patio, Smart TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. King bed in the primary suite, queen in the second bedroom. The Camelback House complex has four separate quad areas, each with a pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, patio seating, and laundry facilities. Two quads also have shuffleboard courts; two have gazebos. Note: the ice maker is not available.
You're in South Scottsdale, a short walk or drive from Old Town's restaurants, bars, galleries, and nightlife. The Entertainment District is less than half a mile away. Scottsdale Fashion Square is half a mile. The San Francisco Giants Spring Training ballpark is a mile away. Three grocery stores — Safeway, Fry's, and Sprouts — are all within half a mile. Six popular golf courses are within 3 miles, and the Loop 101 freeway is a mile away for easy access to the rest of the Valley.
Old Town Scottsdale is walkable or a very short drive. Golf carts run through Old Town and offer cheap rides for evenings out. Ride-share is easy. Covered parking is included on-site. Loop 101 is a mile away for access to Phoenix, Tempe, and the rest of the Valley.

The property is located in a perfect spot for accessing Old Town activities and shopping. I've stayed on the other side of Scottsdale Dr and this location was much quieter and felt more family oriented. It was ideal for our trip.
We had a great stay at this condo! Very close to fashion square and Old town Scottsdale. About a 10 min drive to Camelback Mountain. Very clean and easy check in process. Very good communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay again!
The condo was very clean and comfortable and Noah was great to deal with. Very responsive. Loved the location across the street from Fashion Square. Would recommend.

Neglected property in terms of amenities. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for almost three days. The TV in the room didn’t work, and neither did the dishwasher. Called for maintenance but they never fixed it.They should perform maintenance or at least check that everything is working before a guest arrives. The location is very good.
Refrigerator did not work. Internet did not work. Water shut off. Disposal did not work. 2nd bathroom shower did not work. 2nd bedroom fan/light did not work. Host promised to fix problems every day and never fixed anything. Requested refund hell no

Dirty and Unkept
We have stayed in many short term rentals and have not had such a disappointing stay. Following are just some of the issues:
- The unit was clearly not cleaned thoroughly
- There was “leftover stuff” in the secondary toilet that proved that at a minimum the toilet was not cleaned
- The glass table had condensation rings from glasses again showing the lack of thorough cleaning
- The kitchen smoke detector battery was sitting on the kitchen table
- The screen door to patio does not open
- The hot water handles in both showers came off
We were attending Spring Training and did not notify the owner until we left. They said they couldn’t do anything for us (reimburse our cleaning fee) because we did not report this to them while we were staying there and also because we did not take pictures (I’m sorry I flushed the toilet before taking a picture). I get that…but we didn’t want people coming in to clean while we were there. This should have been done before our arrival. We cleaned ourselves and made the most of the weekend.
They did thank us for our “honest feedback” but since we didn’t tell them until afterwards, it appears they did not believe us. Again, we have stayed in many many VRBO rentals and are very respectful guests. We have never run across something like this. Certainly feel free to rent the property but ensure you send documentation during your stay!
Overall, the condo was "OK" and was sufficient for our stay. The location is good and the complex has a couple of nice amenities. The furniture is usable but not great. However, there were some significant shortcomings that were concerning to us. All were communicated to the "Host(s)", none were corrected during our stay, and we were there for 3 WEEKS.
1) While there was dishwashing and laundry detergent, there were NO cleaning supplies left!
2) There was also NO kleenex, NO napkins (paper nor cloth) and only 1/2 of a roll of paper towels. I was told, and this is a quote - "I'm afraid we are unable to provide more, and you may have to shell out should you need to purchase them." I spent over $75 at Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and paper goods and 2 trash cans to use since one in the bathroom was broken and there was not one in the bedroom itself..
3) The TV in the master bedroom did not work and was never fixed.
4) There were 4 chairs at the dining table in the marketing but only 3. We asked for a 4th but never got it. I bought a cheap chair at Walmart!.
5) There are broken things stored in closets and cabinets that reduce guest's storage space. I have no idea why they do not dispose of these broken tables, lamps. coffee makers, toaster and more!
PS: the pool is heated (the Host did not know that) and the pubic restrooms near the pools use the pool key.
Again, while we stayed our time at this place, we would not rebook this spot or any other managed by these Hosts.
