Beautiful one bedroom

Relax with the family at this peaceful place. Hangout around the pool area or take a stroll to the beach in under 3 minutes! Perfect Deerfield Beach location. You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping, parks and Deerfield beach Fishing Pier!

The condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. There is Washer and Dryer in the unit.

The Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton,
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo, there are other beach's close to the condo which are red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride.

Comfortable stay nice and chill

Right near the beach lot of room for one or two people. Big shower, big bed. It was Quiet pool was clean. The only thing it the light out front was busted and kept flicking off and on.

Quiet, steps from the intracoastal and the ocean.

We loved it. The accommodations are bright, clean, spacious and well equipped. Sunrises on the ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal from a nice little park, are both just steps from any of the rooms. You are walking distance to the best boardwalk in the area and a wonderful pier. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a mile of the property. We walked it. Bikes would be a nice addition, but it is a very safe and pleasant walk, either along the boardwalk or through the neighborhood.

Decent place to be near the beach.

Pool was nice and warm but they did maintenance on it in the late afternoon twice during the 5 nights we stayed and it was an inconvenient time to have to stay out of the pool. Also, there was one roll of TP and a few sheets left on another roll. I asked for more TP and they brought two rolls but explained that only two rolls are provided and guests must provide more if needed. Check in was a little wonky. I did not get a notification with check in instructions and had to call. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot near our room and great to walk out onto the pool deck. Bed was nice and there was plenty of storage and big kitchen. Pull out sofa has a mattress cover that needs to be replaced as it had rips and was yucky looking.
