We offer competitive rates, first class accomodation professionally maintained by our local property manager. We completed a significant interior renovation in 2011 with many upgrades. We employ a local professional property manager for looking after our unit and assisting our guests. All matters would be handled in a most professional manner with clarity and courtesy. Our direct listing is with VRBO and Homeaway only. We do not use Craigslist. Please contact us through VRBO if you have come across similar ads on other sites and are concerned about their legitimacy. We do not allow subletting. All renters executing the contact must be the actual occupants.
Daily resort fee of $16 inclusive of garage parking, use of amenities including professional gym, tennis court, beach chair, etc., is due at front desk separately. Daily resort fee is scheduled to go up to $17 and $20 effectively on 4/1/2017 and 6/1/2017 respectively.
Rent rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Payment instruction will be detailed in the rental agreement which you will have a chance to review before finalizing the contract. Daily resort fee for use of amenities and parking is due at front desk separately.

Maui is our favor island in the world and we love spending time on Kaanapali Beach. Our beautiful vacation home at the Whaler offers a perfect getaway for two. The exterior views from our lanai is breath taking and inspiring - with that 180 degree unobstructed views of ocean, beaches and mountains. We chose a higher floor location for the best vista and privacy. The interior of our condo offers you the old Whaler island charms uplifted with modern convenience and upscale feels. It is warmly decorated with many Hawaiian paintings and pictures through out and we will continue to add our personal touch to it on every chance we have. We feel strongly that everyone staying at our condo should enjoy it as much and as the same as we do.

The Whaler is so conveniently located with everything just a few steps away. No shortage of things to do or see, and places to eat or shop. Take the beach walk every morning for a refreshinig walk/exercise that stretches from the Shareton at Black Rock all the way down to the south end of Kaanapali Beach. Try Hula Grill next door with nightly live entertainment (one of the only two authorized Kiawe Grills on the Island), or enjoy Luau at KBH also located next door to the Whaler.
